You get what you pay for.
It's just fine...enough for you to sleep well from being so tired walking around Singapore. The staff are good and accommodating. The facilities are quite old but works well. The location though is not recommended for women. It's affordable.

Not very pleasant stay
Room floor is dirty, toilet seat has got urine stain on it, water is not running smoothly out from the shower spray. The electric kettle is very dirty. Phone in the room is not working. Bed sheet and quilt cover has stains on it had to go down to the main counter to request for housekeeping to get the sheets changed. Staff is friendly and plenty of food around. Room 320 is the room I stayed in.

Pleasant stay
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although, there is a time where we requested to clean our room only to find out that they only change the sheets and towels. Floor is kinda messy. But overall, we had a pleasant stay here.
