A pleasant business trip...
location, food, shuttle service
Overall is fine, except could not get double bed. The breakfast is nice for such price. Must take their shuttle service, otherwise need to walk up to the hill as the hotel is located at top of the hill. WIFI is fast enough and walking distance to China Town.

the staff, room and location
the location bit challange , the nearest MRT station is Outram, but the hotel give FOC shuttle schedule bus, but if you like to walk , just 5 minutes a pleasant walk to the hotel, easy to everywhere as singapore transportation system are fantastic the front office very helpfull and very informative and trying very hard to help us, great job, very pleasant stay as very quite even small hotel but comfy

the location on top of the hill, difficult to walk from mrt station. Lucky hotel provide suttle van. Suttle van until 8:00pm. For those who going out till mid-nite, have to take taxi

Small room, cleanliness is questionable.
Non-smoking rooms but the room reeked of cigarette. Door was not closed upon checking in and a hotel card was in the card slot to control the main power. More of a 3-star than a 4-star hotel.

clean room but located at up hill
clean room, stable hot shower supply and helpful staff
Overall was good but buffer breakfast taste bad and the hotel located at up hill so is tiring when walk back to hotel from Outram station. the shuttle bus service only operate until 8pm.
