Excellent location, excellent staff

hotel is conveniently located downtown, in front of the subway station. Staff was friendly and keen. Rooms were big and beds super comfortable.

Very bad hotel over price
With this price I can stay in the much better hotel. The picture doesn't reflect to the real hotel. So many kids Breakfast wasn't good. Many others

Paid too much
Location near train station, room is comfortable, friendly staff (except the lady with glasses who checked us in)
Nothing extraordinary, the hotels beside it seem nicer. The bathroom facilities can use some updating. Buffet breakfast was just ok the first day, there is not much variety. Then I found out on the following days that they serve pretty much the same thing everyday. Overall, it's not bad but it's definitely not worth +200USD per night in my opinion

Not as good as i expected
Location, room service was fast, varieties of food around the hotel
overall it is ok, just felt abit lack of enthusiastic on the counter staff on shift that day. room service response was fast. unable to check in early as requested. hotel surrounded with varieties of food and near a lot of pubs

Need to fix room doors
Desk staff were excellent.
The hotel was OK on most points. There was one problem and that was the doors to the rooms. These were solid and heavy but were impossible to close without a loud bang. So each morning you were woken by a series of slamming doors as guests left their rooms. This was not caused by the guests but by the setup of the closing mechanism which was so strong you could not close the door quietly, I tried!

The cleanliness, the location which is near to MRT station & the size of the room.
A few things, the staff not as pleasant as I had experience with other hotel, sounded monotonous. Not much choice of breakfast items & the extra pillow that I took from the cupboard was dusty resulting in myself sneezing a few times.
