Ok place to stay
Location was good, nice enough hotel, close to city hall MRT
It was ok. Had asked to check in early but on arrival couldn't which was disappointing as had not slept for 24 hours! Once in kept retting disturbed even with "do not disturb" button activated they just knocked on my door. Room very small but enough. On 18th floor and the noise was terrible. Road noise still as if you were on ground floor. The noise on the floor was huge, not quiet at all. A noise kept being activated from the card slot every few minutes! If you are going to stay here, take good ear plugs. I heard most noise still through mine. Expensive unless you get a deal which I did so wasn't so bad. Nice staff and facilities though.

My stay was comfortable and average.
The toiletries are complete, the wifi is free and the locations is near the smrt and mall.
It wasn't worth the amount we paid for. There is no complimentary water. One bulb was busted and the room was dusty. The room also smelled old (like someone used to smoke there, even if it was a non-smoking room). Although, I appreciate the free wifi and that there is a 711 convinience store nearby. Also,they asked for a $200 deposit in case of any damages in the room. We paid in cash. When we checked out the staff said it will be paid back through bank transaction and refused to give pur money back. When we questioned that, she smiled and gave us our money in the end. (What was that about?!) And finally, we asked the concierge to help get us a cab, he just pointed us to the nearest taxi stand and did not help us with our heavy luggages. (Even if we planned to tip the man well)

Room was very small and the bathrooms were bordering on ridiculous. Hardly big enough to use. Step up into a bath which was very high and slippery , dangerous when exiting. Breakfast was only just, ran out of Yogurt on the first morning never to be seen again. No Asian food for local people, catering only for western style. Staff were great but would not consider staying there again because of the room size and bathrooms, cleanliness was only just but when I spoke with the chamber maid poor girl had 50 rooms to do one person. Disappointing overall but as we spent only evenings in the room, grin and bear it!
