Wow Robertson Quay Hotel.
Good location, very clean room, staffs were friendly.
Very good experience to stay with Robertson and it is highly recommended to family and friends who is planning to travel in the near future.

Not to 3 stars Hotel ! Even worst than Malaysia Hotel ! 1). Very Poor Wifi . 2). Room have lots of Noise from outside ! 3). No T-siue paper at all ! 4). Very poor Breakfast ! Staff chatting like in China markets ! 5). Staff at Breakfast has no uniform ! 6). Limited foods at breakfast ! No haft boil egg ! CUPs, plate & Spoon not in Right place ! 7). Not up to Hotel Standard !

Location, location, location
Location: By now you can be sure thatthe location you get from this hotel is the best. It's near Clark Quay and a small shopping mall. All rooms have a view because of its circular building. Rooms: Are very small, it's like being in Japan with small rooms. The bathroom is very tiny. There is no space for your luggage if you bring large suitcases so you have to put it on the window bench. The bed is hard and very basic. Toiletries you get toothbrush and a shower gel and shower cap. The closet is hidden behind the mirror so it's only enough to put 3-4 pieces of clothing. No cable TV. Cleanliness: Overall it is clean but at the lobby there's a "smoke" smell. Breakfast: Was like a budget breakfast for me. You get bread, hotdog, fried rice, 3 types of eggs and cereal. Coffee and juices are available as well. Swimming Pool: Is good for children as its about 3 meters wide and 1.2m is the deepest part. Staff: Friendly enough and I don't have much interaction with them to comment any further. Overall I think I paid for the location and I paid too much.

Moderate. Found my 2 saucers was sticky n was not clean. Mineral water not provided. Other 3 stars or low budget hotels do provides it. Front line staff was not cheerful n friendly disposition. And had to make repeat it twice to explain d hotels standard rules. And you don't feel welcome.
