close to mrt and easy accessto food outlets and some local shopping
rooms were small , some guests were noisy as the hotel is used for chinese package tourists.

Close to public transport, ample parking space, clean and comfortable room
The stay was splendid as the hotel is just above the Lavender MRT station. The room was clean and comfy. The parking space was ample and spacious.

Excellent location, just on the top of the MRT station.
Excellent location, just on the top of the MRT station. However, it's quite small for family with kids. There was smell of smoking, even we have talked to the staff, the problem cannot be solved. The toilet was stucked, but no one can fix it at night, that we need to change to another room, but the smell of smoking was even more serious. Some of the staff cannot understand English very well, communication thro phone was not good. They even could not understand "The toilet is stuck". Communication in person was much better. Room cleaning service was just okay. Fridge was not cold enough. No free wifi.

Near MRT Station, nice staff personnel, free of charge gor keeping bagage after check out
Room too small. Bed cover didn't changed before last user. But staff personnel very quick to changed the room when I got room haven't already cleaning. Very near with food mart, public acces & shopping for souvenir. Wi fi doesn't free.

No free wifi was a pull down factor. Basic amenities in the room were missing eg. Hair dryer, soap bars, and very congested rooms for the price paid.

it was a bad experience stayed in this hotel, they have all kind of charges like parking are bear by customer themselves . all kind of charges have to pay, hotel staff attitude was bad, not advisable to stay in this hotel in future.

it was relaxing and exciting
easy access to the airport and mrt. quick check in and check out.
Although we didn't stayed long inside the hotel because we were outside most of the time, there are lots of choices in the buffet breakfast. The bed are comfortable and cozy.
