location is perfect since the hotel sits right above the mrt station
very accomodating staff. we came in around 11am and luckily the receptionist already gave us the room key.

Lousy wifi on higher floor and extremely small shower area
The wifi is unable to used at higher floor Shower area too small Floor is sticky to walk But the location is excellent as it near the lavender station

Location is ok but the staff are not...
Surprised coz they already have wifi in every room unlike the first time we checked in about 2 yrs ago...but a bit slow... The reception doesn't seem welcoming, the staff never acted promptly whenever you requested for something...may take about an hour or even do a followup call just to get an extra soap.
