Niravira has many hotels, but I choose this hotel using AGODO. My evaluation to the hotel is that not so bad and I could stay relaxing and calming. If I have a opportunity to visit here, I might stay here again because all staff are kindly and friendly to me and I knew their hospitality.

A must stay in Nilaveli ”
Love this place. Nikesh the staff member here is absolutely amazing, always smiling, nothing is trouble for him to do and he work ethic and customer service is incredible, he is always doing something. The first thing I noticed as I opened the door to my room was how spotless clean it was. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. There is no restaurant on site yet but I think it's the owners or managers sister has a restaurant round the corner. The wifi is good, it just depends how many people are on it. Nice area outsid the room to sit,read, work on my computer. They don' t hassle you for tours etc and arranging a tuk tuk to trincomalee station at 6am was easy and the cheapest quote I had as well. Also the manager took me on the back of his bike to get a beer which was super kind. If I were to really pick a fault the bathroom is a little small and dated but it had no reflection on how great the place was. We tipped Nikesh on leaving because he really is a great guy and worker, it would be nice if more people did the same.

great time in the rainy season”
We came here in the middle of the rainy season and were lucky with four sunny days. We were also lucky in our choice of hosts, as this establishment is really nice. The owner is very accomodating and likes to chat, and you can get a Nescafe here first thing in the morning while preparing to go to their sister's restaurant for a full breakfast. I can recommend it for other meals too. It's five minutes walk to the beach, and if you're a snorkeling type, it's a good starting point to go to the marine national park of Pigeon Island. The owner can take care of arranging the trip there, and also taxi and any bus tickets back to Colombo or wherever you might be going. I definitely recommend it.

good place to stay on Nilaveli Beach”
Clean room with a nice large terrace in front,decent WI FI, hot water all day long. The location is good, not on the beach but close (3 min.), friendly staff Breakfast is served in proximity, at the owner sister restaurant -Home Food Center Nilaveli (1-2 minutes walk). We also choose this restaurant for lunch and dinner because of tasty meals, cleanliness and staff. In the morning of our departure we can chose to have the take away brekfast or to eat at the restaurant even at 5:30A.M.

Close to the beach”
Close to the beach, clean rooms and bathrooms. Bala who works there is wonderful. He brought us tea in the afternoon and sent us off with a bag of fresh coconut to munch on, and he keeps the garden beautifully. Ideal place to go to Pigeon Island from. Go early however before the crowds scare off the sharks. We went at 8.30 and saw about eight big black tips. Nilam, a local tuktuk driver is also very fair and helpful, great for a lift into Trinco.

Nice stay”
We had a lovely 2 nights here in a fan room. Whilst it was hot during the day the evenings were comfortable with the windows open. We ate at the sister restaurant for breakfast and dinner which was good quality and good value. We also booked a dolphin tour 300 per person for 4 people which was fabulous. Bathroom a little small, cold water only and mattress a little thin but would defintely return.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut gelegen da sie sich nur etwa 2 Minuten vom Strand befindet. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach ausgestattet aber die Dusche war tatsächlich warm! An sich ganz gemütlich und vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut wenn man sich nicht daran stört mit anderen Touristen reih an reih auf einer kleinen Terrasse vor den zimmern zu sitzen. Essen gibt es dort allerdings nicht und müsste man sich in abgelegenen Restaurants holen.
