Very very good. Better than some 4* hotels
This hotel provides everything you need. Good sized rooms. Very attentive service. Free coffee / tea / ice cream and cakes all day long. Laundry facilities. Good buffet breakfast. It's simple but excellent. If you are in a city with one of these hotels just book it because you cannot go wrong.

Great stay at Kindness Hotel! Loved the cleanliness, 24-hr cakes, drinks and ice-cream service! Great location too. Within walking distance from R10 MRT station.

Friendly staff, clean & comfortable
one of the best hotel that I have stayed for what I paid, as the staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel provided free usage of the bicycle and free use of cafeteria through out the day. Good location , just ten minutes from transit station and next to night market.

overall is good, location is a far from mtr
service, facilities (with rental of bicycle), cleanness are all very good. but the location of the hotel is between 2 mtr station, 10 mins walk to mtr station every in and out is quite annoying
