so-so hotel
relatively close to XMD MRT station
breakfast was at a cafe few shops beside hotel. default breakfast is just sandwich + coffee/tea but can be upgraded by combining breakfast vouchers. Staffs were not really that friendly compared to other hotels we stayed with. Rooms had cigarette smell when we checked in. After 1 day, there was sewage smell too from the bathroom. Room is definitely smaller than what is shown on their websites, not a good representative but its expected anyway for such hotels.

Good Location (Near the Train Station and the Ximen Night Market), Nice Staff, Comfortable Bed
The hotel was nice and was a good value for money. However, I think it is located in the Red Light District. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillow. There is a computer in each room with internet. There is a television The comfort room is made out of transparent glass except for a translucent area that may cover your neck until below your knees. Hotel Kit includes, slippers, regular toiletries, and condoms

Hotel near to Ximenting
Near to shopping area, walking distance to MRT station, easy to access.
Very misleading photos in agoda. The room info photos shown room with window, but in fact the double room has no window. Further, room size in room info 25sqm, but the actual i think less than 20sqm. Carpet at the walkway looks very dirty.
