Reasonable business hotel w/ hot-tub
Hot-tub, internet speed, quiet atmosphere
Just as expected... we wanted a 2-day getaway with a hot-tub outside of Taipei city proper, and that's what we got. Found a random Tex-Mex restaurant nearby that was quite good:

Nice Hotel
Clean, Big Room, Reasonable Price
U-com Leisure Fashion Motel is a good choice. The price is reasonable. The room is clean and tidy, also very spaceous. The breakfast provided is good. I will definitely visit it again.

Comfy place in reach of Taipei City
Quiet place with really comfy beds, a huge bathroom with steam bath and a huge bathtub
U-com is a cross-over of a Motel and a Business Hotel. One Floor is well suited for business guests, the others are boasting fancy rooms for couples. Nevertheless, our room on 7th floor was very quiet, also insulating against the noise from the street outside, we had a terrifically relaxing stay and sleep. We stayed for two nights and had 7 pieces of luggage with us which we could stow in our room very well. Having had an exhausting journey, we enjoyed the bathtub- shower and steam bath facilities much, as well as the comfortable beds that gave us a really good sleep. The breakfast buffet offered Chinese and Western food. U-com hotel is located in LinKou, about half way between TaoYuan International Airport and Taipei City. In LinKou, there is probably not much to see and do. However, one minute away you may catch a bus to Taipei City. There are 3 lines that will bring you in 30 to 45 mins to MRT stations downtown (notably YuanShan and BanChiao on the red resp. the blue line). The last buses back are leaving around 10.30 to 11 pm, but you may need to wait, as the seats on the buses are limited and sometimes there are long waiting lines. Bus frequency is 15 to 30min. Traveling to/from the airport is best done by car/taxi (we payed 600NT, about 20USD). If you insist on public transport, get a bus from the Airport to Taipei City, take the red line to YuanShan and catch the 936 or the 937 bus outside the station (expect 150NT per person in total).

A pleasant and restful stay
friendly and attentive staff
It is convenient to use public transport anytime. The morning breakfast is sumptous. The room service is superb. The room facilities like jaccuci and sauna were good. It is a quite place to rest or do some reflection. It provides big and comfortable bed for lazing in the morning till 9am. By the way everyone is entitle to such luxury once in a lifetime.

Relaxing but too far from the city of Taipei.
The rooms are very nice and big including a jacusy.
Relaxing and a good place to escape from the city life, however it is too far away from the main city of Taipei

A romantic room
Cleanliness, design, privacy
Is good, but I prefer the deluxe room than the superior, even is smaller but it is more romantic. But the location of the hotel is not near to the city but nearer to the airport. Nice for honeymoon.
