A bit disappointed this time
breakfast, location and price
Bearing in mind that we are frequent visitors to this hotel we were disappointed with the welcome on arrival (we needed to combine two bookings) and the quality of the room - it looked tired and the fridge only just worked. However we would happily return again as we feel at home at the hotel and most of the staff are delightful.

Close to entertainment, only good thing about this
Close to entertainment, central location, rooms reasonably clean.
I was arriving in Bangkok after a long flight from Europe at 10am, I appreciate the hotel check in time is 2pm so I requested an early check in time but when I arrived at the hotel I was told the room was not ready and I had to wait. I also requested a high floor but I was given a low level floor. The staff were not friendly at all, every time I left the hotel I tried to make eye contact with the the door staff to say hello but they ignored me. On my second night I decided to eat in the hotel and went to the restaurant, it was very disorganised, the food I ordered was not as it was described on the menu, the restaurant had no till so to pay the bill somebody had to come from the reception with the bill, then leave again with the money then come back again with the change which took a long time. Nothing really good to say about this hotel.
