Great hotel for what I needed it for”
First, this hotel is located quite far from any shopping or entertainment area. However, I needed a hotel which was close to DMK airport and this is the BEST one. Just a covered footbridge walk straight in to the departure hall from the hotel, literally about 5-minutes and I was there. Due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport there are plenty of taxis and Grab to take you wherever you need to go in Bangkok. Just keep in mind that traffic does back up throughout the day. Second, this is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I absolutely love it! Check in was easy took less than 10-minutes. Staff was very friendly and polite and always helpful. Rooms are quite big and bed king size bed was comfortable and provided a good nights sleep before my early morning flight. The shower was a little small considering the size of the bathroom but hot water on demand was very welcome. The air conditioning provided much needed cold air after spending the day shopping in the heat.

Great hotel for early flights.”
We only booked this for one night and it was a very good hotel. Located at DMK airport and just a bridge walk away, 1-minute and you are in the airport. Big comfortable rooms and very clean. They did have a pool but we did not use it but it was very big and can handle a lot of people. The booking came with breakfast and the buffet style setting was AMAZING!. A little bit of everything for any nationality for whatever you have a taste for at the moment. Don't want to eat at the hotel just walk over to the airport concourse and you have everything you can ask for from fast food to Thai food stalls for cheap. If you are looking to hit the nightlife then this is not the best located hotel for it. I like flying in/out at DMK and will always book this hotel the night before I have to fly out for the convenience.

Best option for DMK airport!”
We had to stay the night to connect to flight next morning. Found this and so happy we did! Connected to airport and you do not have to go outside at all if you don't want to. They have a sky bridge connecting that is inside the airport (domestic terminal). Great bed, clean room, really hot water. Pressure was 6/10 and accessories provided were clean and healthy. Older hotel so expect a little dated furniture, but for airport hotel....can't beat it! The breakfast was the most extensive we have ever seen (stayed in 20+ 5 star hotels). Over 10 hot dishes, dim sum, dumplings, soups, omelettes, salads. Fruit was amazing as well. ONLY complaint...coffee. We are coffee connoisseurs and the cappuccino were lacking and the black coffee was mediocre. Literally the only complaint.

Overall A Good Hotel”
I had pre inform in AGODA where my arrival is around 9am - 10am. However I only reached the hotel at 12.30pm. The staff informed me the room still not available as they also didnt been informed i am arriving earlier. After complaint they informed will rush for my room to be complete within 30mins and yes i am able to check in less than 30mins. The room is clean however the bed and pillow are quite soft. Perhaps this depends on individual preference as i prefer the bed and pillow a little bit hard. As for breakfast, it just so so. Although there is a lot of choice but as a Hotel in Thailand, i do expect breakfast with Thai Culture but their buffet is just standard buffet where u can find in any other hotel even in my own country. We can request the drinking water as long as we need it and its free. Quite happy with this.

Bed like 7star hotel, but only pay 3star price”
1. Bed very comfortable. Same like PullMan Baiyun Hotel. Just feel like home bed. 2. Staff really friendly 3. When arrives to DongMuen Airport, at the terminal, you can see the signboard connecting airport and hotel. Just take lift and walk straight through the connected pathway. End of the pathway, on your left.. press the help button if you bring along so many luggage. They will help you to bring your luggage down. This really help me since we arrives at 2.30am... 4. Late checkout price also very cheap and i really love the hotel.

Best hotel near DMK”
We've now staying at the Amari Don Muang primarily for its amazing convenience to the domestic terminal of DMK. The hotel, which is linked to the airport by a walkway, is very pleasant, clean & reasonably quiet. Ask for a room facing away from the highway. The kitschy U.S.-style eatery is a hoot and the food is O.K. If you have a turnaround in DMK or early flight this is the place for you. Note it's a good 30-45 minutes from downtown, depending on traffic & no metro yet.

In addition to your comments about the transportation please let me inform you that it is possible to reach the downtown via a bus transfer (on express way, which has less traffic) for 30 THB from the Don Muang Airport to the MRT Chatuchack Station. From over there you can continue with MRT or walk two minutes to the BTS Mo Chit Station. You will than have access to any destination you wish to reach in a very affordable price. Perfect airport layover”
If you are flying out of Don Muang you can't do better than the Amari for it's doorstep location. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the terminals linked with lifts and a covered walkway. You will even find luggage trolleys at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The large pool has plenty of loungers with thick mattresses and heavy duty umbrelllas. Breakfast was superb with an incredible selection of food. The staff were pleasant and courteous.

Hotel and airport connected by skywalk”
Checked in at 3:00am without a problem and fast. VERY friendly and helpful front desk. Stayed in only for 12 hours, so no so much time (after a needed sleep) to explore the hotel or to swim or lounge around swimming pool. But area was looking clean and inviting. Had a breakfast in the coffee/restaurant in the lobby, which was delicious. Nice, clean room, comfortable sleep, shower with plenty of hot water. Will stay here again. Highly recommending.

Top quality hotel with short walk to terminals for Don Mueng airport”
5* quality hotel connected with walkway to DMK airport. Pillow top king bed was very comfortable. Quality carpeting, bathroom. Tiny mini-frig, no microwave (but lots of food nearby), electric kettle and instant coffee. Very comfortable place to lay over. Not a neighborhood for a long stay. But for layovers, our first choice, and we'd happily stay again.

Perfect for a layover ”
When we walked in we felt out of place as was truly beautiful the room was amazing the staff were fantastic would stay here again but only for a short period due to cost..... our stay was at the start of the covid-19 panic and we were trying to get home to Australia so after the 72hours we had stressing about flight ect it was nice to have somewhere comfortable and welcoming

The Amari's location could not be better, given that there is a bridge connecting it to Don Meuang Airport. The rooms are large and very comfortable, and there is more than one restaurant on site. I found the staff to be both warm and professional, processing me quickly and thus allowing me to get to my room (and a bed) with minimal fuss after a long flight.

This is great hotel that has everything nearby, food, airport, 7/11 in walking distance. Check in and out was very quick but they will need 1000 baht deposit but you will get back when check out. Room was great, the mattress was very comfortable . clean room. we will stay again.

This hotel was a well appreciated stop-over before flying away from Thailand. Right next to the airport, the room was modern and quiet, with large comfortable bedding, awesome sleep there. Extremely convenient to airport. Will stay again”
I was in Bangkok for transit and had a very tight layover time with mandatory COVID PCR test overnight. Amari is so convenient with the SHA Plus on-site testing and my result in 6-8 hours. And is walking distance to Don Muang airport without even having to step outside. The hotel itself is slightly dated, but with new carpet and a some small things like the toilet flush button popped off when I pressed it, the hotel could have a 5 star feel. Shower pressure great and very hot water. Very comfortable bed. I didn’t get to try any of the facilities but the pool looked nice and I chose Amari partially for the fitness center photos online. All the staff was professional and polite, very friendly and competent. This was the right hotel for my quick trip and I’ll stay again next time.

Using Don M airport for domestic and close by countries this hotel is Excellent for convenience. Just paid for luggage storage as we hopped over to Siem Reap for 4 days. Luggage storage was $3 a day, whoopie! Hotel is nice. lots of hot water, good good breakfast. Easy in and out. Price and convenience makes this a "no brainer."

Perfect for a layover flight”
I was due to arrive late but after several delayed flights through the day I arrived much later than expected. Staff were helpful when I emailed letting them know of my late arrival. Check in was quick. The bed was perfect. Quiet room. AMAZING breakfast! This isn't somewhere you'd stay for any length of time but is perfect for a layover, easy walk to and from the terminal, no taxi required.
