Standard deteriorated particularly Staff behaviour and attitude. The lady at reception was RUDE - similarly Coffee Shop staff were aloof! The Management seriously need to train and take care of Staff Morale - they need to be made understand that the Guests help in running the hotel NOT their attitude ! Never experienced this before.

Comfort hotel with good location and big room. Front desk was a bit slow in checking out, will need improvement on that.

Nice Hotel in a central area
Buffet breakfast is great as they offer many options : western , indian , thai , muslim. The location of the hotel is great as it is very close to Nana station, though you will definitely need to take a cab or tuk tuk if you would like to go to the royal palace. Only thing I did not like is the harsh time at the reception we had , as the receptionist kept insisting that our reservation did not include breakfast, even though it did; after having convinced her to take a look at our printed version , she finally agreed on it, and blamed it on Agoda....no idea who's to blame, but it was something rather unnecessary.

Big Rooms, but ageing hotel
The facilities around the hotel is ageing, pools and the gymnasium with old equipments, reception counter is understaff, be patience and they will serve you with a smile
