Poor staff service, dirty room, poor environment
Known well group boutique hotel, but is a very old building and seems many years not maintain it. From hotel main entrance way to the room, lights are not bright through and a bit dark. The deluxe Room also same(Not that bright as per pictures show on web). The room carpet is dirty and not clean up even those house keep daily. The toilet is half occupied by bath tub (great if you like it) and door have to close first then only can use the basin behind the door. on bath tub area is no light and very dark if cover with shower curtain. very poor soundproof, train passing by sounds not as noisy as staffs talking at room corridor. Up strait walking step and room door closing can be hear very clearly also.TV very small size and fridge is provided. Staffs talking with no manner tone when we checking how to have walk distance to the place we want to go. And at counter, staff interrupted me and husband's talk with very loud 'Excuse Me !!' and shown not happy face. All staffs are ego to talk with. Not worth for the price as environment is not as expecting from the picture shown. With the same/similar price, can get better cozy hotel with breakfast included. Most worst are no FREE WIFI and staff not friendly to talk with !
