The place is in a very good location but the room didn't look exactly like the picture shown on site
The room didn't show exactly like the picture shown on your site, power point it's horrible as i am not sure when it's going to blow, kettle I had its sounds like it's going to blow it pop a few times before it quite down. Really happy with the staff as they are really helpful. Just the hotel itself need few changes such as kettle, power point and maybe have microwave easy for us to warm up baby milk as stuff also each room to be fair we entitled 2 key card not 1 as some of us travelling with family. Overall the staff quality customer service it's bloody great. It would be great if the hotel made some changes such as above mentioned. I wouldn't mind come back and stay in a few months time.

I book 4 rooms . 3 rooms no water heater , 1 room with heater but water very very small . The bathroom not clean . The room I stay got a lots of ants.

good point: strategic located at pratunam area near to all the market & shopping complex train food stall helpful staff especially manager and bell boy need to be improve: sound prove (can clearly listen the train sound, people talking at corridor) lift ( need to go up / down a few step to reach the particular floor, not suit for knee problem / disable ) power socket point (low voltan & structure problem, its a bit hard to charge for Iphone + Iphone that need higher voltage) Alarm System in house massage

Good location!
Near Ratchaprarop airport rail link and pratunam market. Lots of food choices nearby. They have a few shuttle services to places as well.
