Wonderful Stay at this hotel
Very good location. Just 5 min walk from Asoke Station. Staff were very friendly and most willing to extend the check out time for almost 1.5 hour although the hotel was fully booked. Reasonably good breakfast with quality food although the choice was limited. The room is very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful to call for the metered taxi from the main road to the airport. The total experience of staying at Citypoint was just wonderful. I will come back again.

Hidden away hotel
I am a regular at CityPoint Hotel. I like its close proximity to the BTS, MRT and Terminal 21 shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself is very modest from its outside appearance but a pleasant surprise once you enter your room. The bed is very comfortable, nice flat screen tv and nice bath and toilet area. The only downsides are the 500 baht charge if you lose the plastic room key, very few western channels on the TV,the bathroom is on the small side and the water fluctuates rapidly between hot and cold in the shower.

I booked last minute and as such didn't get a great deal. However if you're after somewhere cheap and cheerful it does the job. Clean, simple room, adequate breakfast (including eggs and toast), friendly, helpful staff. Really handy location by the underground and sky train.

Enjoyed the stay here.
Stayed overnight here. Late night check in due to midnight flight into bkk. Staff were helpful and nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is basic but it was ok. Close to everything. Returning back here on return to bkk next week.

Everything was wonderful except the Housekeeping and Reception Staff
We left 2 books after departure. My friend then called back 2 times and was advised that they could not find anything until the second time, the hotel advised that they had found the books in the garbage... Why on earth you threw away people's stuff right after their departure???
