had a great time here... On a business trip and very impressed with the good and rather large rooms.

Excellent hotel with spacious room
Quiet and centrally located
A good hotel, value for money for the large rooms and next to a fabulous foodland and supermarket.

Spacious room with great view
spacious room, great view
We are upgraded to the one bed room suite for free. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer in room are definitely a plus in the steamy weather in Bangkok. The 24-hour Foodland downstairs is also quite convenient.

Spacious, quiet location but noisy aircon
Great view, nice restaurant, close to shop
Overall nice hotel, great view of city and lake. Close to train station, 5mins walk and close to Soi Cowboy red light destrict, standard breakfast Few stations away from Siam paragon, centre and discovery and m.b.k. Room had washing machine and dryer which was handy instead of paying 300baht a kilo at shops

Excellent Location
Location and Foodland
Location of the hotel is superb and Foodland, supermarket restaurant open 24 hours just right out of the hotel is an asset. Rooms are spacious and modern with everything you might need. Breakfast is just normal, not very good actually. Swimming pool, forget it. The pool closes at 6 pm just when is more pleasant to have a swim after a hard day of work.

Fantastic views from spacious suites
Clean large rooms where you can unwind and relax
Column is definitely one of my favourite hotels for stays in Bangkok and for the price, is a great deal. The one-bedroom suites are spacious and you can do your own laundry and cooking. If you've bought DVDs off the streets, you can watch them on the DVD players placed in each suite. One of the things I most like about it is the unobstructed views especially from the higher floors and corner suites. Nothing like it - its a place where you feel more like staying in than going out. Breakfast is good and staff very courteous.

Very nice hotel with large rooms and having a in room laundry was a blessing. Breakfast wasn't anything to rave about but was good. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Does the biz and then some
Room and location
as someone that had previously only stayed in the koh san district, this was a refreshing change of direction. a really goog hotel, although it isn't really a hotel, as with a lot of these places these days the developers hedged their bets and made mini apts. this is of course great for the customer as you get the suite feel due to size and amenities. goog quality fittings, and comfy hard bed. breakfast is not the best in bangkok, but if you want a room this size, this well decked out and a whiz bang breakfast there are heaps of other hotels o choose from for around another $ per night. having dissed the breakkie ( not too happy with the electric shock from the bacon dish didn't help) its 25 floor location and decor ( the long table bar) is a1. turn out of reception and there is no one giving the hard sell on anything. by bk standards the area is really clean. the mrt is a 5 min walk. we'll be going back next time we visit bk

Nice hotel with nice sky pool and lounge
Very big room with washing machine
The room was exceptionally big and nice, with washing machines and dryers equipped! The restaurant, bar and swimming pool on the 25th storey provides a very nice view of the city especially at night. Great pillows and bed!
