large rooms, need work
not a lot
9 months makes a big difference, last june this was nice, hot water is bad, room condition has suffered, breakfast is not as good,forget the restaurant, service is terrible, a 2 hour wait to be then told they dont have food.

this hotel has gone to the dogs, the restaurant staff let us sit there for almost 2 hours after we ordered before they decided to tall us they had no food. Rooms need work done on them, breakfast has gone down hill too, will not stay here again, there are a lot better hotels for the price.

all the night spot around the hotel .alot of shopping around good food . transportation is easy lots of the taxi and mrt is 5 minutes away from the hotel . price is reasonable .great smile from all the staffs and even the cleaners are friendly and helpful

Hip Hotel can be considered as a big hotel that offer good comfort rooms. Hotel cleanliness is a plus point. Staffs are friendly and helpful enough. nice hotel from outside center town

if you like to stay outside from center Bangkok town and near to airport, here it is. but to me, it was too wasting time for travel and shopping!

great rooms and excellent service
innovative rooms and great breakfast
excellent hotel and highly recommended.hip hotel are in the perfect location where mrt is within walking distance less than 5 min walk. hotel staffs are well manners and speak good english. hotel and rooms are well tidy and cleaniness are excellent. rooms are newly innovative renovated. variety of breakfast are well served. with the famous huew kuan market is just behind out hotel, night life have been more fasinating.

It's...a nice hotel.
Nice food and Clean Beds
have been coming to the hotel since they first established.could feel the service standard deteriorate, but overall still one of the better ones in bangkok, in terms of service, security,and cleanliness. nothing to brag and nothing to complain. found a new dish on the menu - braised noodle (must try) turn right at hotel main door and come to a small roadside eatery manned by an old man and middle-aged lady. fantastic coffee and awesome "mama" fried mee are must-try.

Different theme in design
Worth for $$, rooms are clean and fairly new, location wise just average. Walking distance to SPA and massage. Not near to shopping and food.
