Nice serviced apartment
Clean, Modern and cheap
I had to stay a couple weeks in Bangkok. It was a great hotel but it is a trip on the BTS to get into central Bangkok. There is little to do locally as there are massive construction projects in the region. Also many abandoned buildings give an ominous feeling to the area.

great stay very good value
value fro money, location, breakfast
Excellent stay we have stayed before and will stay again. this is an excellent quality hotel and is excellent value for money. The location is great for the BTS and close by taxi or even foot to the night life in the area. The shops are really close and god value as is the stret markets nearby. I recommend this hotel to families looking for a good deal and for business visitors as well as tourism.

Terrible hotel, don't stay here
The rooms smelled smoke, it was dirty, had no windows and awful breakfast
Don't stay here, it's an old, dirty, smelly, rundown hotel, and it's way overpriced. For the same money you can get so much better elsewhere in this city, in better locations too!

Friendly staff, close to BTS station, great value!
Clean room, friendly staff, reliable internet
Excellent stay, repeat customer who will highly recommend this hotel. No minibar but with convenience stores nearby you can buy what you need anyway. Rooms and hotel in general are kept very clean, access to washing machine and dryer near the pool allows for self sufficient people to do their own thing easily (just ensure you get 10 Baht coins from reception!). Less than 5 mins walk from Phra Khanong BTS station.

Great value hotel
Cleanliness, friendly staff, a few mins walk to BTS Phra Khanong
I have stayed at Hopeland on my last 3 trips to Bangkok and will likely return again there. Great value price on the basic rooms, all are very clean. Internet is reliable and quick in certain spots. Less than 5 mins walk from Phra Khanong BTS station, taxi fee to Mega Bagna is around 150 Baht on the metre.

it is resonable
swimming fool, good service, breakfast
There are two Hope Land hotel in Bangkok and I stayed in Sukhumvit. and I had a good stay in this hotel. but location of it was not good. Because it is far away from the city and there is no places to sightseeing around the hotel. but, since the nearest BTS(ground railway) station is 5 minutes away, you can move to the city or most places conveniently. above all, it has a lot of great facilities such as swimming pool, spa, restaurant and fitness center etc. especially the swimming pool, which is surrounding a whole building was really awesome. and I had a breakfast just one day, there was various kinds of foods. but it was a little bit expensive for its quality. if you are worried about the language, you don't need to do. The staff can speak in English well. and I needed some information about the way, they were really kind and gave me various information. on the whole, this hotel is nice and reasonable price. but I'd like to recommend you another hotel which is located in the city than this hotel. though the two hotels are same, it's just only different to the location. it is more better than this hotel considering the location.
