Very poor service
The front desk is very poor service ,bad experience for us to stay in this hotel,the manager also same ,I'm not going to stay this hotel in future ,the hotel towel is very bad condition ask for change they say all same ,we hope agoda should stop deal with this kind bad service hotel to bring down the confidence of the user,the one star is force to mark if not can't submit this review

not flexible
i understand checkin time is 2pm, but i arrived the hotel at 13:45, and ask the staff may i checkin now, the staff said checkin time is 2pm and please wait.......

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ms Salisa
Hotel should upgrade bathroom facilities and accessories. The sink was not draining properly and shower head needs to be fixed

Disappointing
Have stayed here several times for location alone, this place needs a serious refresh, the carpets in halls are more stained than a crime scene, there is mold in the bathroom and the rooms smell of it badly and don't bother with breakfast unless you like cold food as they don't place burners under any of it but hey the wifi is good?
