Very dirty room. Dirty sheets with holes in them.

Very bad. Asked for seperate beds, got a single bed for 2 people. Sheets were dirty with holes in them. The fridge was very dirty as well. Staff were not helpful and the tour guide barely spoke any english

A great and unpretentious place
Location is brilliant, so is the pool, rooms are comfy and well equipped
I've stayed here many times and will keep coming back. It will be interesting to see how the renovations change the place/price

Good hotel to stay in. Staff are a little arrogant as its a centralised hotel and occupancy rate is high. Check in and check out is slow and despite early bookings you cannot get your special request fulfilled as I've tried many times. Otherwise breakfast is acceptable, Pricing is acceptable and the rooms and decently big enough for occupancy. Nice location and hotel. Rooms are well maintanined.

Check supposed to be at 14:00, we arrived at 15:00 but reception told us that the room will be ready at 16:00 only. Quite disappointing after a long trip. Hotel location is good but this place is getting a bit old or is not properly maintained (mold in our bathroom). Location on Soi 11 is only 5 mm walk away from Nana Station) and there are several good restaurants around. Good rates and room size is very nice. All-in-all it was a good stay.
