Interior decorating in the rooms just beautiful!
Reception was very efficient on arrival and the ice cold towel was very welcome.
We had two rooms - 401 & 205 I think - both were beautiful and the bath in 401 was just magnificent! I thought the breakfast area needed a bit of an update - the green walls were glaringly out of sync with the feel of the rest of the place, as were the tablecloth/frills around the buffet tables. The doorman who assisted in flagging down taxi's and tuktuks was a great help and his English was good enough to get us to where we wanted to go. All in all ee had a great stay.

Beautiful laterns everywhere.
Room decor lovely.
Staff very professional and obliging, the doorman was a great help when dealing with taxi's and tuktuk drivers. The list of recommended eating places provided in the room was very helpful.

Romantic and pretty
Plenty of atmosphere., good breakfast and quiet despite being in one of the noisiest areas of Bangkok
I loved the decor and design of the hotel. The colours are amazing and the peaceful garden is a lovely place to sit and read. Staff were courteous and helpful on the whole. They helped with directions, advice on transport and booked a show for us. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. The omelette chef, in particular, was a lovely guy and the waitresses so friendly. The rooms are surprisingly quiet for Chinatown. If I had known what the traffic was like in the area, I probably would not have stayed there however. Taxis found it difficult to find even though it is on the main street in Chinatown and we were often given the runaround. A couple of quibbles about the rooms - the door locks appear very flimsy and the wonderful bed is right up against the wall, meaning the person sleeping on that side has to climb over the other one to get out! Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

Hotel with personality
Style and staff
Located in a bustling part of town, this evocative hotel is great. The ambiance is wonderful and soothing. The staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very filling. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Beautiful Hotel with extremely helpful staff
Very Stylish, Helpful Staff
The room and hotel itself were beautiful and had everything you could need. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. There was a pretty good selection for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in China Town although it is not within walking distance from the main shopping area Sukhumvit, and traffic can be quite bad. The only complaint we have is the Internet did not work 100% of the time and could be quite slow. Would stay here again.

Well done
clean room, convenient location, great service
This is a cool hotel on the eastern edge of Chinatown and just a few blocks (~5 min) from the main train station (Hua Lamphong). From the street, it doesn't look like much, but as soon as you go up the entry escalator, you enter another world. The decor is quite unique. The service from the moment you step inside is superb - patient, attentive and effective. The rooms are clean and come with everything you need/expect. We had drinks and snacks in the mini-bar, as well as breakfast and afternoon tea, all at no additional charge. One negative: the wi-fi is pretty slow. Especially if you're spending most of your time in Chinatown area, we strongly recommend this hotel.

Love the style
**
The check in/out service is super, less than a minute. The decoration is unique. The service is unpickable. The breakfast has a great selection. The hotel provides free transport to the major attractions (but it is too hot to go out in the middle of the day.) The hotel is located in a very busy area, not much activities around but great for night street food. The taxi service from the hotel is very expensive (But it is always the case).
