Deteriorated recently
Location. Close to sky rail, shopping
We stayed here 5 years ago and loved it. It has since deteriorated and is now more focused on the budget traveller. Breakfast was very ordinary and before it was great! Still ok to stay but I won't again. After travelling for 6 weeks this is the first hotel to offer condorms in the room! Maybe this days the clientele they are after?

Never Return to Heritage
They tried giving us a lesser room than we booked. We had to wait an hour for the room. Service was terrible in everyway possible. Did not clean room at all unless we complained about it, even then it was not cleaned properly. Do not stay at this hotel.

Affordable hotel at perfect location
Affordable price for clean enough hotel. Perfect location next to BTS. Convenient store and street food nearby.
Close to perfect except for poor service staff. Perhaps short handed. Used to have tissue box in room. Not flexible with late check out.

lLocation, proximity to BTS, kindness of the staff
Internet was spotty, bad odor in room every morning, lots of noise from the street, hot water was intermittent, showering was difficult.
