Clean and consistently well maintained hotel.
The counter and room service were great.
We were thankful for the assistance of the concerge service. The sandwich from the restaurant was nice. The food served to the room was great.

a little out of the way
great price
At the Twin Towers you get a lot of room for your money. The rooms are large, well appointed and very clean with an efficent and professional staff. The location is a bit out of the way but is only a 5 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk to MBK. The hotel seems to be used regularly by large tour parties since there are often large buses parked in the drive. Very good value and the location is OK proved you don't want to be in the middle of things.

Grand hotel but no free wifi access
Good location and grand lobby
It is an okay hotel. The lobby is grand, but the room is outdated as well. The view from the room is nice. The carpets need to be shampoo or renew as there is light odor on them. The bed is a little soft. Have seen much better customer service at other hotel in Bangkok, not saying this hotel's customer's service was bad. Hotel does not have free Internet access, which kind of summarize how outdated this hotel is.

hotel not so far from MBK
we stay here for 2 days. we decided to stay here, because the hotel not so far from shopping mall: MBK Mall.

Good location but room was not clean.
Location was good for MBK mall but furniture was worn out and tatty. The room had not been cleaned properly and there was even chewing gum blocking one of the sinks!

Big but outdated hotel
location is close to many attraction areas
The hotel is very big as there are two towers. The room we have got has a pool view which is nice looking down to the pool in day and nighttime. The rooms and hotel itself might need some renovation as the decoration and furniture are old. The carpet in the room and at the lobby need to be washed or renewed (even better)as they smell very strongly. In short, the hotel is ok comparing to its price. This hotel might be good for those who have a fix budget and only need the room for sleeping.

if you plan to call for outside massage services to your hotel, don't cos it'll charge you a perhaps more den the massage service itself jus for bringing extra guest into the hotel. room service food rather ok n reasonable....
