Location - nearby most of the shopping malls and markets. Room cleanliness - bright, good air conditioning & no odor. Security - very safe to leave valuables in the room unlock, honour house keepers.
Never have this good experience of hotel during my last few visits to Hat Yai. Will consider to come back to NSH in my next visits. Hoping to have some royalty discount of room rate for regular customers.

2 bad comment for new season hotel: 1. The floor is always wet due to the air condition facility affect the floor condition. The floor always wet cause damn slippery easily to cause falling. 2.The stall hold my passport and forget to return me at the last day. I found my passport not inside my luggage and cause me miss flight. I force to pay the extra ticket to return home.
