We have had a family trip, excited as the hotel has got 8.1 points, however compare to the others, we had a small doubt how the hotel got this pointoverall. The lobby was really dark, the staff were only answering the QA without approachable manner. The parking was small, understandable, but when requested the others to move out for our car to drive during stay. The hotel suggested us to take taxi, and it was raining. Obviously, if they do this for Thai or any Asian national only, the management must assess the staff to treat the customers equal as the hotel has got 8.1 point from agoda customers. I wish it never happens to any other Thai or Asian customers onward.

An OK Stay
The room and location
Our stay was OK, the WIFI was very poor, the pool area is in desperate need of a refurbishment, it looked tired and old, the jaccuzi never worked and the railings were rotted away, such a shame as this is a nice hotel overall. No staff or service around the pool area.

Small but nice and comfortable hotel just walking distance from the walking street. Wi-Fi connection is very week most of the time and you need to go to the reception area for better signal.

I have stayed at this hotel for 3 times this year, highly recommended for travelers, the hotel is close to nearby markets, has lots of massage, convenience stores, even close to the beach, all within walking distance.

the location was close to restaurants & bars. the spa in the room was good. house keeping very good.
The close location to bars & restaurants was good. The hotel seems to be attracting large tourist groups so the buffet breakfast was a nightmare. The pool on the roof is small & more than four people in the pool makes it congested. The breakfast was usual fare of eggs ,little sausages ineatible bacon ,stir fry fish & small selection of fruit. Not a pleasurable experience. The a/c leaked constantly & when we informed the staff they were indifferent. WiFi would not work outside the foyer. Housekeeping were very good & efficient.

Good location
The only good point is it's location. Most of the taxi driver know where is its and the famous night market and restaurant is nearby. The air conditioning is useless. So hot. And moreover the bathroom door keep banging into the toilet door making loud sound which is horrible. The floor is dusty although after house keeping. Receptionist doesn't smile. Asking for direction let me feel like I owe them a lot a lot.
