A Pleasant Stay
The location was good, the hotel was clean and well presented and had a nice pool area.
We had a god stay at the Narawan, the best part was the location, as we did not have to walk far for shopping areas and coffee shops. The WIFI in the hotel was not very good. but other than that it was a good hotel.

ok but found a better accommodation
number one best thing was leaving, two was the pool three cascading up in the morning and getting out of the hard bed
Not good enough to make me want to book more nights .when we enquired with staff if room was available for the next night they said it was full but when we were booking another hotel and looked on agoda there were in fact rooms available.staff seemed unhappy and disinterested.the hotel is boring and unfriendly and to close to the train line 2 am and 4 am trains are very loud.i would not recommend this hotel as there are many better in the area

The staff tried their best
easy access, the balcony and the breakfast buffet
Pleasant as usual, staff helped energetic with computer problems. Water (clean) leaked constantly from under the toilet, annoying - the legs of your trousers always got wet. The glass sliding door to the balcony has not been cleaned for ages.

3rd room was the charm (sort of...)
Right beside shopping centre & restaurants, pool, near the beach
First room had no working shower, second room no working A/C but the third room was finally the charm. Pool was large and caught a lot of sun in the early morning/afternoon, but started to be shaded by the late afternoon. Breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing to write home about. Would probably try somewhere else if I were to go back to that area of Hua Hin.

Young and cheerful front office staff
Everything goes smoothly. The elevator. Distances are short.
OK as usual and a warm welcome. The little breakfast buffet is always a relaxing pleasure and the staff helpful. But the cleaning ladies must learn that they cannot expect to clean a room exactly when it suits them. There should be 'Don't disturb' signs for the door. There is a magnificent, Indian restaurant just at the other side the street, 60 m.
