Very nice, new hotel. Near to haad rin beach - one of the best on Phangan. Clear rooms, great pool.

The rooms are spacious, greatly decorated and very clean. The resort, right on the Haad Rin beach, though lacks common spaces or a pool, so you won't spend any time inside. Helpful staff and great location for party seekers.

Central Haad Rin location and two minute walk to Full Moon Party entrance - couldn’t really hear the music when we went back to the room. Close to everything (shops, restaurants, tour/boat booking and moped rentals). Pricy for what it is but understandably as we stayed month end.

The GM, Davis is the true definition of hospitality and genuinely cares for his staff and guests alike. Ronnel is the most fanstastic guy you can ever cross paths with and he will go out of his way to make your stay the best it can be. The breakfast in the mornings was fantastic and you can’t beat beautiful pool over looking the ocean! Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel has an Angkor Wat concept construction with Cambodian carvings and rooms that have sea view and very helpfull staff that all speak english. Its a very short distance from Haad Rin. We stayed here for 4 nights and had a standard room with Aircon, fridge, TV and a big bath with a big shower. Also a big balcony and a comfortable bed for two. We had booked 2 triple bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. All three were amazing. Clean and tidy with really good service. The location is the best! It is at the heart of where the action takes place everyday. 2 minutes walk from the beach! Will definitely stay there again!

The location is ideal a, nice beach and sea on door step and shops and full moon beach only 5 mins plus away. Room basic and showers and toilet not so great no toilet paper and few mosquitos but u will be out most of the day partying and sun bathing it won't bother u. Air-conditioning was very good strong no problems.

ridiculous expensive rate booking on the same day. on full month party,its just a 3 person bedroom,with cheap & normal room environment .
