Pool Areas, bay outlook from balcony
To begin with, the positives. Friendly, helpful and accommodating front desk and concierge staff. Wonderful pool and outdoor areas and friendly pool bar staff. The negatives... the rooms (at least the two we stayed in) are not up to scratch with maintenance and cleanliness. Mouldy bathrooms, badly scratched, stained floors and walls, trims. Hair on floors when checking into room first day. Blood stains evident on linen after room made up on the second day. Totally unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed class. The breakfast buffet was dissapointing. Coffee / Tea station which was suppised to be manned by staff was not being attended to, resulting in guests giving up waiting in disgust and going to serve themselves. Coffee jug ran out and was not replenished. One undersized toast machine for close to 300 guests in the buffet area, resulting in long wait times. Fried eggs dished up would run out within the minute resulting in 10 minutes more of wait time for the next batch. Either your eggs are going to get cold or your toast is if you can even be bothered waiting, because apart from some bacon that was 95% fat 5% bacon, there were none of the other western accompaniments such as fried tomatoes, hash browns, baked beans etc Staff in the buffet area seemed not friendly or helpful whatsoever. Tables crammed so close together that people trying to find their way through to the buffet kept bumping into our table. Overall, the breakfast was a total disaster and requires a total overhall and rethink. If you want a relaxing poolside stay, this is the place, however barely comes close to being a 3 star let alone anything else.

Good facility but bad hospitality
Facility is excellent. Dara sweat room is perfect
I think too many arrogant mainland Chinese tourist suffered staffs and made them non-smiled because their behavior was horrible in anywhere. No good relation between staff and the made staff no-smile. And restaurant and spa cannot be expected. May Be no any Chinese tourist uses so any Thai and western food is not be important items in this hotel. Spa is one of poorest one in pattaya. If you are not Chinese, better not to choice this hotel.

It was the long weekend then very crowded. Staff Services were not good, not enough at all. Some requests were ignored. I had to take almost 1 hr for wine opener. Finally I didn't get it.
