It was nice stay at Eastiny INN Hotel.Its locate at the best point of Pattaya. Its hardly two minute walk at beach from hotel.Many GO GO bars and restuarants are very near to Hotel.Its near to central Pattaya shoping mall and also you can easily go by walk at famous walking street. It takes 20 minutes to go at walking street by walk. Over all Eastiny INN is located at best point of the city.

This was our first stay in this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is absolutely cool. It has got a nice swimming pool. You will have wide choice of items in breakfast. The place is just near to the beach. The atmosphere is quite charming. Walking street is nearly 15 mins. walk from this hotel. If you are traveling with your family or friends, Eastiny Inn Hotel would be a cool choice. I would like to book this particular hotel for my next visit to Pattaya.

Great location but small rooms"”
I would certainly retern to stay at the Eastiny Inn in the future only for the reason of all visible staff, front desk, lobby attendant, restaurant & room cleaning are friendly, very helpful & perform their duties not only efficiently, but with going the extra distance of giving good helpful advice. There is an adjoining mini mart to the hotel, a local pharmacy just a hop, skip & a jump from the front door of the hotel. Of course there are plenty of bars around, but also various types of restaurants too. Convenient short walk to the beach road, circa 80 to 100 mtrs. The only downside is around the pool there were three wooden sunbeds, many years over their "use by date", & should be replaced a. s. a. p.

It Was The People That Make It”
I just wrote a huge review and it did not submit. I hope I have not submitted this twice. Anyway, the staff here were typical Thai People. Friendly and great service. This was my 5th Stay in Thailand and second in Pattaya. The staff were wonderful. Kan the manager is lovely. Inn and Art the assistant managers were great fun. Cream and Hewey were so sweet. What I love about Thai People is the more they like you the cheekier they are. Thailand is about fun and the staff made me feel like family. It was hard to come home to Australia. The location is fantastic. I stayed in Walking Street last year and the feeling there was not as friendly as here in SOI 8. Also the prices were pretty much double at Walking Street. Soi 6,7 and 8 are heaps of fun with great bands and shows. I never went to Pattaya to sing but I ended up fronting approximately 7 bands for over 60 songs. This was the highlight. Every band was so warm to me on my last night. Also you get left alone a lot more at these SOIs. The Pool was awesome. It is quite large and has salt water. I sat in it every afternoon with the cool friend I made from England. I am old enough to be his father so you can imagine that now I am back in Australia I need a replacement liver. He was great company and nearly as crazy as me. Any issues I had with maintenance or cleaning were fixed within 5 minutes. The hotel is guest friendly so if you meet a beautiful Thai lady you can take them to your room (to watch television). This staff is the best ever and I will never forget this amazing trip.

Good budget hotel”
The Eastiny Inn is a great place to stay if your in Pattaya for the nightlife. If your here for a quiet stay I would stay away and find somewhere on the outskirts of town. The staff are all well turned out, polite and helpful. The accomodation is basic but comfortable and always very clean and for what you get for this price I would recomend it to anyone coming to Pattaya for late nights and partying.

comfortable and friendly”
I stayed at the Eastiny with my wife and seven year old daughter. The staff were excellent, there was no extra charge for my daughter and even though we offered to pay for her breakfast they would not accept it. The pool was great for cooling off and the Hotel was well placed being very near to the impressive Central Festival Shopping Complex as well as all the other attractions Pattaya has to offer.

Good central location”
It is a nice hotel very ideally located right in ther heart of pattaya wher all activity lies, with the beach a five minutes walk. I had a room with a balcony lookin at the ocean, the wqas nice and big with all amenities. The not so good thibg about the hotel was that since there is a lot of activity in soi 8 therefore loud music from the bars can be heard on the top floors as well till very late in the night. Otherwise i would say it is perfect for the price

Great price and Awesome Location!”
I spend a lot of time in Pattaya, and I always try to stay at this hotel. The rooms are simple but clean, and I almost always get a great rate through Agoda. I love this location because it is close to Central Mall, close to the beach, and only a short baht bus ride to Walking Street. I usually walk from the hotel down to beach road, and I go sit under the umbrellas just across from the 7-11. While you relax here, you can order food, beer, cold coconut drinks, massages -- pretty much anything you want!

Better than Average, you can do worse!”
the hotel is aging a little now and some areas are in a state of disrepair, for instance, the extractor fan frame in our toilet had completely worn away due to rot and the toilet bowl hose had snapped and was spraying water everywhere, we reported the hose on the first day and it was not repaired at all even after we repeated the report. room service is fine. overall this hotel is ok and ideal if you are a "lone traveller" in pattaya and its clean enough, i would stay again, but only if i had to....eastiny have a chain and i have stayed in them all i think this is their oldest however i know they are renovating them all, so after they do it to this hotel i may stay again, i would chose eastiny place or eastiny plaza over this one (also soi 8)

Central location, very clean, great value”
Stayed here 9 nights. Pros outweigh cons. Pros: Location - very central. All amenities are walkable. 24/7 shop downstairs. Bars long same street. Night market 7 mins walk. Shopping centre across the road from night market. Walking street20 mins walk or fee mins on tuk tuk. Beach 3 mins walk, but not suitable for swimming. More for water sports. Very clean - rooms, bathrooms and all hotel premises. tea/coffee refilled daily. Pool - hotel has an ok pool located on 3rd floor. Since nearest beach isnt suitable for swimming pool is a must have. Value - we found the best deal on Agoda (trust me, I compared gazzilions of sites). Staff - overall very helpful. On our checkout day we left our bags at reception until evening. Cons: Location - if you are a poor sleeper, the noise will drive you up the wall. Hotel is surrounded by late night bars that are very loud until 3 am as a minimum. For Ladies - there is NO HAIR DRYER. Not even available for hire from reception. None. Zilch.

Great location & value for money”
This hotel has been partially renovated over the past couple of years however with little maintenance it’s starting to show signs of wear and tear. It was disappointing that upon arrival we were informed the pool was under renovation. We were offered the use of the Eastiny Plaza pool a few doors up which was ok but this pool was also in extremely poor condition with broken and missing tiles on floor. Their than this our stay was comfortable as always and with the price we paid you really can’t complain as the location to shops beach and night life is excellent. Will definitely stay again!!

Eastiny Inn is situated on Soi 8 50 yards from the beach and amongst most of the nightlife the superior rooms are pleasant and well kept the staff were extremely nice and helpful if you don't mind noise and lets face it Pattaya is not the quietest resort i would recommend this hotel at the time of my visit it was being spruced up

very convenient, breakfast just nice, all are there, meat, salat, fruit, eegs, orange juice and plain water. the room quite clean and in good condition. there is safety box in receptionist that we can use for free. there are many seat in lobby and outside hotel to just smoke or chit chat with friends and enjoy pattaya atmosphere. just few meters from beach and near walking street also. good hotel and worthed for money. soi 8 is the best. :)

I found the hotel to be good for the price and the service. In heart of the bar streets if that is your scene and walking distance from the beach The Pattaya taxis are right at the end of soi 8 where the eastiny is so u can get around reasonable cheaply

i stayed at eastiny in soi 7 before, so this is part of the group of eastiny in pattaya,, it went to formula, the staff were professional, all in all i like the hotels and they try make you welcome and feel a really good professional group of hotels,, i wouyld stay again at any eastiny in pattaya, location, and staff always good, no problems

Decent Hotel”
first time here but quietly surprised. right in the middle of the busy soi's 7 & 8 the hotel is only 50 metres from the pattaya beach. rooms are medium sized - very clean and fresh,small balcony but good facilities.air con was not brilliant but was ok. the 3/f pool is good and there is a supermarket just outside the hotel entrance. staff are friendly and efficient and the breakfasts are decent. this is not a hotel where you can soend a tranquil nights sleep as it is based in one of pattaya's most enjoyable and noisy nightlife areas. recommended if you like partying.

The Eastiny Inn is one of four with the same name "Eastiny" on Soi 8/7. The rooms are brightly painted yellow and are clean with basic amenities. Western breakfast is as you would expect in most Thai hotels. The noise at night with all the bars is to be expected but having read previous reviews on this hotel I found it not to be a problem, perhaps because I was at the back of the hotel. The hotel also has a travel agency located out the front which are able to arrange tours, transport etc. Also located at the front is a convenience store. Given the proximity to the bars surrounding the hotel (bar girls, a go-go) I would not recomend this as a venue for families.

Eastiny is just ok”
I think the eastiny group of hotels are a decent choice of no frills hotels if you are only in Pattaya for a few nights just looking to have a fun time. I stayed 4 nights in November during Lamthrong festival so the partying is non-stop and full of a lot of noise. The included breakfast was basic but ok. The wifi only works in the lobby but it is quite fast and there are plenty of spots in the lobby and restraunt to plug in
