The place is in great location and few mins walk to Walking Street. The staff is very responsible and respectful. I would totally recommend this. Be aware this is a boutique hotel and don’t expect a 5 start high rise hotel experience. Great value for the money. Very spacious rooms.

Dont Have Breakfast in Hotel”
The Front counter staff that meet you are great, hotel is great location closes to everything, on Baht Bus route. I have stayed at this hotel many time over 5 years and i have found that the breakfast selection is good but the BIG problem is that the hot food on display is either warm or cold. I have brought this to attention of staff very time i stay but i think it goes on deaf ears. Management should come and have a breakfast there one in a while, not just come and look and not try anything.

Location is good. Near beach. All is good. But room light A bit dark. Security and night no have only 1 person take care on night if u need help at night or complain Anything must wait until morning. Perfect But not enough if got 10 point i will give 6.5 point

Clean, friendly and quiet”
Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Excellent location for entertainment and beach, food and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in quiet side street. Bad points: the gym is very poorly equipped with ancient, non functioning machines. The swimming pool is small, awkwardly located and freezing cold because it is totally shaded with a low roof. No buffet breakfast (suspended due to covid /few guests). The current breakfast is not worth the money - buy it outside the hotel instead. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately how the building is located only so much they can do as far as the layout for pool and roof top / sun bathing area with 4 chairs and a couch. Very good staff and very clean hotel I would stay again....

For what I paid for the place was lovely. staff was friendly and very helpful. Did not visit the pool but the gym was decent, able to get a quick pump before showing your guns off on the beach.

The rear rooms are backed up to the Royal Garden Plaza so this offers no view. The aircon units are quite loud which can be a problem for a light sleeper. The staff are very friendly I could not fault them. Very close to walking st on a quiet pedestrianised area. The rooftop area could do with some more facilities. only 4 loungers with no parasol.
