Comfort and convenience
Casual, yet helpful staff, excellent location, great poolside ambiance
This was my second time to stay at the Sabai Resort. If I return to Pattaya, I would stay there again. The staff and service level is excellent and the staff members are very friendly and helpful and speak English well. Unfortunately, I did encounter experience food poisoning while at the resort. The good news is the Pattaya hospital is a short walk away and the medical assistance I received there was excellent and reasonable in terms of cost. I know of no other events of food poisoning from guests there so I suspect my event was an isolated circumstance and it would not prevent me from coming back. Breakfasts were also very good with a buffet that provides options for both Western and Eastern appetites.
