Great hotel,4
Large bed,big bathroom,quiet
this hotel was amazing value for money compared to others i have stayed in in singapore, phuket & pattaya. i paid per night, the hotel was close to walking street and the beach, cash machines and bars/food outlets. it was secure with safety deposit box, keycard for the door, enormous bed, large tub bath and separate shower. nicely decorated & suitable for couples. i never heard any noise like some hotels. balcony view wasnt the best but thats the only negative. the hotel is also female friendly if you would like to take a guest back.

Very good service always with a smile
Fabulous breakfast and awesome coffee
this hotel has very good friendly service orientated staff who worked hard in trying times due to renovations being finished off. if something not right staff happy to help and make right for you !!! the only disappointment for me was the the charge for wifi as most hotels provide free wifi

Well presented hotel in a superb spot
Friendly staff and big rooms
Have passed the soi leading into this hotel many times but never took any notice of it. What a pity! I was impressed with the hotel and the staff and will stay there again. Great value for money. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying. They even had their own nightclub next door. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay at a bargain price.

Great Location and Staff
Location, Service
This hotel is centrally located. But tucked away from hustle and bustle. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. There is construction in the lobby during the day.

Older, but Well Maintained and Updated
Off Beach Road Location, But Close to Adult Entertainment
A well-known hotel for some time, Tim Boutique is different than most locally-owned and operated properties ... these guys put money BACK into their property, rather than just running it into the ground. Tim Boutique is an older property, but the public areas and rooms have been renovated and kept reasonably current. It is notably clean for an older property. It's location off the prime Beach Road pitch is still close to the adult entertainment areas off of Pattaya 2nd Road, only 50m walking distance, where inexpensive public transit is accessible. Rooms are spacious and fully amenitized with modern amenities ... flat screeen TV, hairdryer, safe, refrigerator, etc. Finishes and furnishings are contemporary-style ... white tile floors, white plastic laminate built-ins, and the comfortable king bed is just mongo huge. The bathroom is large and is fully visible through a giant window from the bedroom (it has blinds, for the shy). The balconies are small and not really useable for more than a look-see into the adjoining parking lot. Plentiful hot water, but constantly surges between hot and tepid (perhaps with toilet flushes elsewhere to the floor). The floor staff were just a delight ... smiling, welcoming. The management seems to have engendered in their staff a great service attitude, which was apparent from the doormen, to the front desk, to the floor staff upstairs ... necessary for an older property to remain competitive to newer hotels. Tim Boutique seems properly priced for what it is ... a little older (but, not aged), updated, holding it's own, conceding to a lower place in the market that it previously enjoyed, and now just below the newer boutique hotels (e.g. See Me Spring Too, Page 10, etc.). I would stay here again if I was looking for value, but I would not pay the same rates for Tim Boutique, as for the newer boutique hotels.
