Great hotel in the centre of Patong
Ill preface this review by saying i went during low season and paid 600thb per night. This hotel is amazing for that price, but is comparably to places i have stayed for 1500thb a night as well. First off the staff is very freindly and helpful, especially warissara who helps us find some local bars and restaurants in nearby phuket town. overall i don't have any complaints, the rooms are nice and modern, the staff cleans the room well and in a timely fashion, the hotel is located right in the middle of patong so you can walk anywhere you need to go, or its easy to rent a scooter or get a taxi right outside. They have cheap transport to the airport. 700 for taxi, 250 for mini bus. I would stay here again and recommend other to as well.

Awful staffs
Stay here for 4 nights. The receptionists are not friendly at all, showing black face and impatient response every time talking to us. They should improve their attitude. Room and pool were not bad. However, room cleaning was disappointed as well, bed sheet has never been changed during my stay. Will not recommend to those who are looking for friendly staff services.
