Nice hotel
nice new hotel, small issues included being woken up three times by hotel staff. pool pavilion not so private with garden staff peeking over throughout the day.

Too expensive, mediocre service
Location, beach
I only stayed there for one night, so maybe it was bad luck, but it was definitly not worth the money. The staff is helpful, but you have to wait a long time for everything. First electricity in the room didn't work, after that: no lights. After these two got fixed, no water in the bathroom. I had a very early flight, so I arranged a taxi with the Concierge and payed way too much money in advance, only too find out at 5.30, that somehow they forgot about me... Drinks and foot are three times more expensive than in other very good hotels. I wouldn't recommend it.

Nice hotel with some very pleasant staff
Unique architectually
The Premium Pearl Bed Suite was nice and small touches such as giving ointment for mosquitoes were a thoughtful touch. Overall a good experience.

4th stay in two years - must be good!
Comfortable, relaxing and super friendly
We keep coming back here despite the 9 hour flight time from Sydney. It feels like a home away from home for us now. The resort is beautiful and the staff are so friendly; it has everything we look for in a resort. They must like us too as they offered us gold membership so we're treated like VIPs every time we see the staff.

luxury stay near affordable local services
range of People to like it
after a long trip we felt the reception experience a little slow and confused. settling in our rooms (3) was finally rewarded by large bed, huge bathroom, small dressing and quite dark atmosphere.the room can be quite dark but as mostly you spend the day outside, it stays refreshing for the return. 2 balconies with bench not really for sunbathing, quite noisy due to a/c around mbut seems like they are replacing them.the overall modern design of the hotel and the large green nature streches combines peacefully.access to beach (calm flat water bay, long strech of sand)+ local food/easy bar and massages are over convenient.3 pools=3,gym,tennis,bikes,padi,kids games, name it,they have it.

Great hotel for honeymoon
Good services and great decoration

Nice Gardens and swimming Pool
Nice Gardens and swimming Pool
for overall the hotel gardens and swimming pool are so nice, we enjoyed a lot, near the beach walk just about 5 mins, But we found a problem in the room, the bathroom should not locate near working table, some water drained out on the floor not really safe and not a good design.

Large resort with fantastic facilities
Great location, close to the airport
We stayed at the Indigo Pearl for 4 nights enjoying a long weekend trip from our home in Singapore. The resort is very large and has some great facilities. It offers all the bells and whistles of a standard 5* resort whilst maintaining a funky design edge. I would recommend this hotel for young families who would like to stay in a modern, funky hotel that is child friendly. We ate in all the restaurants and never had a bad meal. The Thai restaurant was delicious and the boat crossing is somewhat of a novelty. The beach is a standard Thai beach, not paradise but still beautiful. This area of the hotel could be capitalized on more. The set up could be a lot more slick and in line with the funky hotel design. There was no real dining area for lunch or cocktails. The sun loungers were quite basic. There are a few things that need improving. We were not informed that there would be building works taking place on one of the room blocks. Although this didn’t affect us directly we did have to walk past it, listen and smell it numerous times a day. One of the pools was closed for 3 out of the 4 days of our stay. Again no one informed us. We had room service on our first night and this was never collected from outside our room even though we rang for collection. The contents of the tray had been strewn everywhere by the wildlife. This was somewhat disappointing considering there were various members of staff walking past who did nothing about it. All in all a great stay but I think we will chose differently next time in Phuket as this hotel was somewhat large and busy for our liking. Perfect for families but not for young couples.
