Beautiful sea view hotel and quiet beach
Quiet beach and great breakfast
Pros: For a couple, this would be a great place for honeymoon. Hotel is located in an isolated area. Each room has a beautiful sea view and you can also see Promtep cape from you room. They provide a great breakfast all you can eat. The food is great plus delicious tropical fruit they have the best. The stuffs are very welcome you and helpful. Cons: Hotel is a bit old and locate quite far from airport (1:20hr). Ask for a taximeter where you pay less than others. To fine the taximeter when you come out from the airport, keep walking toward to the right hand toward to the end of building.

Nice hotel....good location....but a bit old
location is pefect, staff is good, rooms are clean
had a pleasant stay. overall the hotel was good...with nice views and breakfast options. though the hotel looks a bit old...which is not a problem cause may be they are maintaining the heritage. but still some work on doors/cupboards...and should be fitted with modern edge technology. also carpet needs to be changed. but you wont regret staying here. also its a bit far away from main city....so you have to travel a lot if plan for tours. if just want to relax on beach and no travel in phuket, then its an ideal location :)

Perfect setting in classy beach palace!
service and setting
We have been visiting Phuket for 30 years and this Hotel remains firmly at the top of the list. Located on a fabulous beach it is away from the bustle of the rest of the island. It is a location that is family friendly with great little fish restaurants nestling in the self sufficient cove area. Large rooms with views out to sea.....a perfect place to recharge the batteries.

Beautiful, friendly hotel, on a beautiful beach
old quiet and very nice.
this was a quiet location nearly an hour from the airport. nightlife was a taxi ride away, but there were plenty of taxi's just outside the hotel or the hotel could arrange them. the beach and view of the beach from the rooms was outstanding.

"Hotels with best views of Nai Harn Bay"
Elevated seaviews across the whole expanse of Nai Harn Beach area with Prompthep Cape in the background
the service was excellent, with friendly and most helpful staff. the weather was great end of october, with only a few thunderstorms throughout our stay. the interesting thing is the thunderstorms comes quickly and then dissipates within 1 hour leaving the rest of the day sunny and clear.

Nice hotel and great beach
Nice hotel and great beach
The hotel is right by Naiharn which is one of our favourite beaches. The hotel and the room itself is a bit old but definitely stay-able. The only problem is this hotel is a bit pricey. We stayed there during low-season so wouldn't mind but during high season, you can definitely stay at a nicer hotel at the same price. The only good thing is you're right at Naiharn beach which is relatively less crowded with clearer/cleaner water compared to the others.

nice hotel with ocean facing rooms
very quite beach
The hotel was nice but the internet was very slow, when I comented about it they said it was the server, 3 days later it was still the server... Room was upgraded free, we had a nice view of the beach. Overall it was a nice stay if you want to be away from everything.

This is not a 5 * hotel !
Big Rooms and terrace
The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment in my opinion. It is classical in style which is not a problem if it was well maintained.Bathroom felt grubby on 1st inspection and rooms can seem too dark ( possibly hiding things dust and mosquito's). Staff where unfriendly reception was dirty and uninviting on check in - 1st impressions count! I cannot understand why this hotel gets such good reviews... puzzeled is not the word!
