Danger alert to families of young children
The foyer suggested a four star hotel but the rooms were very old and the only air conditioning in the hallways was the new elevator being installed which was open, unbarricaded and having sheer drops on each level to the pavement below. Scary for young children. The staff spoke little English, the pool was dirty and unpleasant to swim in. The restaurant was pleasant, there was a night show and staff tried to please. Overall it would be lucky to scrap through to three stars.

Dirty room, insects everywhere
Great service, decent breakfast
the hotel room was dirty, I found a cockroach in my bedroom, spider in my bathroom, and tiny insects crawling into my luggage. It was disgusting, hair was in the bathroom. I got a room on the higher floor (6th floor) and the Wi-Fi was not available on that floor. I asked the hotel staff and they said because the router was located on the first floor so Wi-Fi only available a few floors up. The hotel was expensive and not worth the money. I spent my second night at a much cheaper, cleaner hotel

The hotel is located in a quite corner of the town.There is not much food around and we need to take a tut tut to town for food and shopping.
