Terrible!
Room smell bad, I don't know how to describe it. There's no window at all, beware when you book that it specifically mewntions "window" otherwise it will be a fake window in the room!!! Terrible! We ended up finding another hotel. Catina wouldn't refund any money at all, even for the second and third night (which is kind of standard if you cancel late to charge only for the first night)!

Good service, staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast... but poor air conditioner.
Everything are very nice. Only the air conditioner is so weak, feel hot all the time even I turn it to maximum.

Location, cleanliness and convenience
There is room for improvement in the sewage ventilation. The central air condition system was down in the restaurant area.

Pleasant Stay
Came for business trip. Everything was ok until we were charged USD 30 each room for the late check-out for 45mins. That's too expensive. Will not stay here again.
