Friendly staff but there are better hotels in the same pricerange
The hotel is well located. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The room was small and the tiny bathroom smelled like urine. After complaining at the reception, they just but bleech in the toilet, but it didn't stop the smell. I think it was in the tiles or wall or something. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast okay-ish. We had stayed in much better 3-star hotels for the same price. Would not come here again.

Sensational place to stay
Loved staying here. Everything was awesome. It's down the road from party central. So it means it's quiet to sleep. But liveliness is a short walk away. Nice and clean room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved my regular morning chat with young lady overseeing breakfast in the restaurant next door. Considering this price. This place is amazing. Oh and as an aside I used Uber every where in Saigon. Worked a treat

Good value for money and mostly a pleasant experience. Will stay there again.
Set in buzzing District 1, it’s almost always noisy. The hotel was helpful and speedy in their response to my written request prior to check in. Left my luggage for safekeeping until my return about a week later and found it intact. Travelled in a group of four people and stayed for two nights in late March and two more nights in early April. Some receptionists were very friendly and helpful. There was an odd one who seemed to be having a bad day but there was nothing untoward in our interaction. Only had one key (required to switch on air con) per room between two people, meaning they couldn’t separate or sleep in peace. Air con took a bit long to cool the very humid and hot rooms down. A few mosquitos got in before we realised the bathroom windows had no flyscreens. Very comfortable firm bed, which seemed to be the norm throughout my two weeks in Vietnam, regardless of which hotel I stayed at. Bad news if you don’t like it firm. The cleaners didn’t seem to have cleaned the floor though. Noodle soup cooked to order as part of free buffet breakfast was nice. The restaurant had super friendly and attentive staff. The beautiful chatty restaurant manager (Ly?) struck up a friendly conversation with us and gave us pointers on later destinations. Another waitress remembered how I liked my eggs cooked the day before. Quality of food was a bit inconsistent – good on the first day and so-so the next. Coffee was bland and disappointing considering I paid quite a steep price (VND 65,000, dearest I paid in Vietnam) for it. Got bitten by mosquitos (not a swarm, but enough to disturb you) at the restaurant, so put on some insect repellent before you go. Rooftop bar was definitely a breezy place to relax in the evening. 10% off drinks for hotel guests. Good value for money and mostly a pleasant experience. Will stay there again.
