Classic hotel with some shortcomings
Location is amazing, breakfast is great, old world charm!
this may be listed as 5 stars, but it is genuinely 4. not to detract from the charm it exudes, it would have been the best of its day. that is what makes it worth a stay though, the history and character. a lot of people suggest the breakfast is lacking, absolutely untrue, it is a gluttons paradise. generally, you can't beat the location at all and the rooftop bar is lovely for an evening drink.

Superb location
Central location, close to most tourist attractions..comfortable bed!
big room with comfortable bed. wifi was fast and usable in all parts of the hotel. improvements could ve made for the breakfast though as the variety was not great. overall, a very comfortable stay and central location (close to all the major tourist attractions)

fantastic Location
great location with ability to move around various hotels in the vicinity for various business meetings, client dinners etc. the hotel by itself has very friendly staff, though some of the rooms dont have great wi -fii so it really depends on which room you get....however, upon request they moved me to a better wiffied room!

The perfect location

hotel has the perfect location to go anywhere hcmc. market, dinner place and massage place, all the tourist spots are right next. just it is not modern. the service is kind and convenient, the hotel is too big and not much of view.

Superb location rights smack in the middle

the newly renovated wing is superb with large rooms and new amenities. the old wing really needs to be renovated as well as it looks so lowly.

Great location
Conciege extremely helpful good english also reception staff very helpful
the room was quite large very comfortable but a bit dated. the shower was not fantastic because we found it hard to get hot water. it is a very large hotel and we were in the old wing and felt a bit isolated when we got out of the lift. hallways need brightening and updating i think.

Great location
walkable to many key Saigon sites
Rooftop bar was nice and hotel was quiet and clean. Great location. Might cater to older guests (not exactly "hip" atmosphere), but was a great place to stay to see the city in a limited amount of time, thanks to the central location.

Good Hotel for the value
Historical Hotel must stay in.
Good location but the service could be better .The restuarant is very expensive and the menu could be better.The breakfast is very slow and the people serving is rather no to the standart of the Hotel.Next time i go back I will speak to the manager about the dinning problems.The reception is rather good with nice attitude.

Staff very helpful
first room allocated was very very small but on complaining to management, they went out of their way to allocate a more suitable room. quite noisy from road traffic but otherwise very good.

The location is so convenience
It is a great hotel with great location. I came here for a business trip and it is a good time to remember even the business is not successful. We will back here again in the future.
