Highly recommended clean, tidy and good budget hotel. It is a very clean, tidy and good budget hotel near Shopping Mall, Eatery, Train and Bus Stations. Hotel Staff at counter Mr Nazim is very helpful and thoughtful toward all hotel guests. Mr Nazim spoke very good fluent English and even recommended me great Muslim foods nearby if asked and also arranged Grab for me to travel to Shopping Mall. Hotel room is very clean, tidy and brightly lighted even inside the bathroom. Water pressure is great for a good shower and bed is very comfortable for nice good sleep. This hotel is pretty new, comes with lift, gym, massage room and convenience store next to lobby and owned by the same hotel management. This clean, good and tidy budget hotel also provides guest's with daily coupon's in exchange for coffee's and cupcake's at the convenience store in the morning.. Agoda really gave me a great deal paying only 131 MYR for 2 nights. Will come back and stay very soon.

Best budget hotel around Sungai Pattani. Mr Nizam the counter staff spoke fluent English, was very helpful and thoughtful and even recommended me great foods around the hotel and also help me to get a grab to shopping Mall. Hotel is pretty new, clean and tidy. Bed is very comfortable and clean for a nice good sleep. Room is brightly lighted including the bathroom. Shower was great with strong water pressure. There is also massage room, basement carpark that led to the lift and sundry shop owned by the management next to lobby. Guest's were also given coupon's in exchange for cup of coffee and cup cake's in the morning before heading to nearby eatery shop's for their breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended for guest's with budgeted prices. Thanks Agoda for the 2 nights that cost me only MYR130 for nice, clean and tidy superior room.

Clean. Spacious. Nice smell. Very bright hallway. Friendly staff. They even added me in a Whatsapp group which in case if I have any question throughout my stay, I can just text in the group. Ample parking space. There's a convenient store next to the lobby which has plenty of unusual food and drinks that are not available anywhere. I didn't expect to have great experience and great hotel by just paying RM59 / night for my stay. Definitely will go here again if I have work to do somewhere nearby Sungai Petani.

There is a gym at the third floor of the hotel which I totally like it! Location is great, walking distance to many food stalls, room is clean and spacious. The hotel has a private basement parking for hotel guests which is very safe and convenient! The hotel also provide free light breakfast (bread + coffee or tea).

Air cond placement not exactly shoot to bed. It's quite warm at midnight. And the floor is noisy Management can think out something for this ~ hopefully the same issue is not repeat again for my next visit and for Overall was okay. Staff well friendly from first day till I checked out. I'm impressed the way communicated with client using group what's app chats .. bravo.. Good service as well.

The aircond is located near to the bed area but it's required to cover the entire floor area. Our Whatsapp welcome booklet with contain of aircon user manual because occasionally some hotel guests incorrect adjust the button mode. And we had inspected the aircon in normal & good condition subject to our SOP : Monthly routine maintenance & service practice. Hence if you feel uncomfortable, kindly request our front desk to assist and/or it's our pleasure to relocate to other room subject to your request. Good location, basement car park, friendly staffs and really good gym centre on top. stay here for 3 nights and i go to the gym everyday. Usually gym in hotel is very normal, but this one definitely impressed me, full set of equipments for every body part, huge treadmill and trainers are walking around. Location is really strategic as local hawker food is surrounding, convenience shop just beside the hotel and good western food also next to the door. I will come back again, rate this hotel 11/10! Really awesome .

I wasn't your typical tourist this time - I was cycling through Sg Petani on the way to Hat Yai. Staff were accommodating and I could bring my bicycle up to my room without problem. The place is clean and comfortable and had everything I needed, including being near local food. I travel a lot throughout the peninsula and usually by car. I would certainly come by again if visiting Sg Petani. A shout out to front desk Nizam who was friendly and cheerful.

This place is a gem! Price is cheap with clean and new hotel. Pros: - Room is clean and new. - 24 hours mini mart beside the lobby and ample food places by walking distance. - Budget price. Suitable for price-concern guests. - Clean drinking water is provided outside the room. Cons: - I don't see any major negative points here considering the price I pay. Will be back again whenever I visit this town.

Very recommend this hotel!! Easy to find food, as outside hotel in walking distance got many Chinese foods. They also provided limeted parking lots at basement. Staffs are very nice. But the hotel toilet a bit small. Anywhere, still recommend this hotel.
