We weren't able to get the matrimonial bed but it's fine. The room was really neat, A/C was working well, it was already prepared when we got in. Hot and cold water was readily available and the staff changed our linen, cleaned the trash, replenished our water when they did room service. we loved everything about our stay. My husband even said, that we should book the same hotel the next time we go back to Makati. Everything is so accessible and that made our stay much more convenient. The condotel staff were also very responsive to my queries. Thanks for making our stay worth it. 😊

Convenient location for shopping ,eating out and sightseeing. Walking distance to Greenbelt, Glorietta, Ayala museum, Catholic church, Shangrila and point to Point bus stops. 7 eleven , 24 hr convenient store and Pan de Manila ( famous for yummy pan de sal ) are next door .There is a parking garage across the street and in the building Staff are friendly and helpful. They immediately resolved any issues and concerns. Set breakfast are delivered to your room at your preferred time and bottled water is provided daily for free internet is reliable

Will definitely stay again. Very near Ayala Ave and Greenbelt. Good amenities. Our room has complete facilities, we stayed for 5 days and was a great experience. Will definitely book again on our next vacation.

Location is great! Building kind of out dated, needs some renovation. Room, furniture and bedsheets needs to be updated. Aircon worked really well! Set breakfast was very good too, call it in the night before and they will deliver room service the next morning. Great and helpful staff! Overall, pleasant stay here in Asian Mansion 2 Condotel!

The location is near the malls and nice restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Don't expect first class amenities, however hot shower, cable tv, free wifi and aircon were working fine in our room.

This was the first time we stayed in this condotel. Didn't expect much but they have good amenities like hot shower, clean room, good bed and fast wifi. Also, location is very near to the malls and great restaurants.

Open utility door accessible from outside”
Chose this place as it is just across Shinagawa lasik center in Makati. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were accommodating. I only had a big concern: my SAFETY. My room is in the 6th floor. It has a utility door which is accessible from outside and there was no way for me to lock it from the inside. I had to barricade the door with the dining table. Good thing it was a little heavy. I’d be able to hear if anyone (God forbid) tries to get into the room thru that utility door. When I called reception to sort this, they were prompt to send a staff to check but they could not do anything about it hence the table as barricade. I should have asked for another room but I suspected the situation will be the same for every room

All the basics, great location. ”
This hotel was significantly less than most hotels in the area and is a perfect location. Right across the street is a great local breakfast joint, Starbucks if you prefer is a few minutes walk away and it’s within minutes walk to Greenbelt mall where you will find shopping and restaurants. Was extremely to get a taxi right out front. The hotel room itself is certainly not fancy but had everything I needed; a fridge, a microwave, cutlery. The only two cons worth noting are that the AC is turned off during the day (fine if you’re away) and the o check in office is on the second floor parking lot, but that’s not a big deal. If you’re coming and going and want a budget option for Makati, I sous I recommend it!

The booking was lost!”
We arrived in the evening after a long day's travel from GenSan to learn that, according to Reception, Agoda had not confirmed our booking! After much waiting around, approx 90 minutes, the Asian Mansion II Staff advised us that we could stay at Prince Plaza II (A part of the Condotel Group). We then had to take our luggage & tired bodies approv 200 metres along Dela Rosa St. to Prince Plaza II. We stay at both locations regularly & so were happy to move after such a long day & wait in reception. Agoda should investigate how & why our paid booking did not reach Asian Mansion II.

OK for the price”
We used the room for a bridal shower. Considering the price, the room is ok all in all. The room was spotless and roomy. We just had to wait for around 30 minutes before we can check in. Don't bring your car because parking within the area will cost you a fortune.

One of the most affordable condotel in Makati. What I love about this is the close proximity to all establishments. Away from traffic noises. Good frontdesk. But rude telephone operator! The girl in the operator needs to be trained. She must have a smiling voice.

Awful no Manner receptionist ”
Well I am not disappointed to the room I stayed . I do disappointed to the lady at the front desk arguing for the security deposit need 4000 pesos . Since I stayed to many places hotel, Condotel , condo very famous properties very good facilities they ask 2000 pesos for security deposit only. Some they don't need SD . Yes ladies you have your policies you want 4000 pesos for the Security deposit at least proved it that you got a very good facilities inside the room . A small TV incomplete kitchen ware dirty couch and cabinet, the bed is ok but your pillows are urinate smell . The only positive inside the room high ceiling and brightness. WIFI + Channels are excellent . Walking distance to The Landmark shopping mall. FYI I've been stayed to many 3 star up to 5 star hotels and Condos no one to ask me to leave my passport . You people in the Asian Mansion II do this terrible attitude. last thing another stuff just next to your office do a lot of awful sounds. Terrible .
