A perfect place to stay in Sapa”
Beside of the way in was a bit hard to drive, we had an wonderful stay with Asiana Sapa Hotel. The garden was truly beautiful with orchids, roses, plum and other plants. The hosts were friendly and considered. My children enjoyed playing with the dogs there. The highlight of the trip was gathering around the fire in the first floor :)!

New and clean, spacious room with great view”
We got really good offer with the price that we paid, the room is spacious and clean even it seems really new. Staff are helpful with any suggestion from us. Location is near central square and old quater. Recommend to ones who travel to Sapa.

Friendly staff”
The manager went out of her way to help me, she even personally made sure we got our bus back to Hanoi without any problems. She also let me take a shower after being checked out before I departed back to Hanoi on the bus. Very friendly staff. Definitely a great place to stay when you are in Sapa...

Great view”
Everything was all right at this hotel. Staff were friendly. The room was very spacious and clean, it also gets marvellous view overlooking the mountain. Only one thing that we did not like is the barked sound of dogs in Sapa town at night, sometimes.

No heating, room damp and cold”
It is a newly renovated hotel, so looks nice and has a good, efficient boiler for hot showers. However, Sapa is cold in the winter time, so the rooms become very cold and damp. If I went to Sapa again, outside of summer time, I would stay somewhere with heating. For location and views, the hotel is good.

Good hotel, friendly staff”
Choosing to stay this hotel for just one night but enough to have feeling that this is a good hotel. Even Sa Pa is very cold in winter and the room is quite cold too, but the room is very clean and look really refresh. The staff are helpful to give more blanket for having good sleep. Would recommend this to everyone.

Great value ”
The address instead of being thac bac street should be thac bac road. This is another great value hotel that provides everything you might need along with clean rooms which what you always ask for. We were being picked at 5:30am for a trekking tour and the girl at the front desk was kind enough to wake up very early and open the door for us without mean faces or anything, on the contrary she wished us luck on our 10 hour trek. Sometimes you very moody staff so this is always highly appreciated.

Unbelievable staff”
The location is little bit high, so the view is very nice. Room is big and clean. The best thing of this hotel is staffs. Woman staff in the reception helps everything i want include bus to hanoi and day trip to hmong village. Her english is very good. Man staff can't speak english at all, but his smile make me feel like staying at home. Lovely place.

Everything is new..”
This hotel seems to be just renovated or just built. All the things in room are brand new and clean. Staff are friendly, the location is okay close to central square but the road to come in this hotel is quiet wet and sticky when it rains because of construction nearby.

This hotel was freaking cold. I was in sapa on.dec . When i slept i wore all clothes ... Jeans socks jacket shirts.. Everything . and so many cockroaches in the room . so difficult to find a location. If you dont have 3g you cant find. But people are friendly and never ever rent a motorbike from this hotel. They charged you 120k dong and will bring you a shitty one ! Never ever rent it !!!!!!

The hotel is quite new but already has a damp problem. The smell of damp was pretty bad but waking up with all your clothes damp to the point of being wet was horrible. Also the bed was rock solid and it was freezing in the room. Otherwise very clean, big room slightly away from the noise of the centre.

Disappointed”
Checked in and checked out a few minutes later. The room looked gloomy and disorganized, with inadequate facility, making me think "this is not a good start for a trip". Had to take an uphill walk from the center too. With this price, I can look for better options. Not recommended.

Opened too soon”
This hotel has the potential to be very good however we feel it has opened much too soon. First, it's difficult to find with 2 different addresses online and with no signs to it. The bed covers looked dirty and smelt a little damp, the tap in the bathroom leaks onto the floor, the bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on, there was no wifi connection in our room, the floors were dusty from the recent renovation and the staff did not give any advice or maps when we arrived at the hotel. There are so many little things this hotel could do to be better, it has just opened too early.

A bit far from the center when walking (1km), New hotel but all are Inexpensive Facilities, no soap, no fan and staff not changing bed sheets, event when we asked. But Price is good, may be acceptable.

Good location and super friendly staff that will help you with anything you need! The rooms are ok, not the cleanest and the bed is pretty hard. Overall good value for money.
