“Nice house accommodation but amenities close early”

We like the homely feel of the igloo accommodation. However, it took us some time to find the reception for check in as it was located about 200m from the first car park (not the main amenities car park). Amenities close at 5pm including most restaurants and we had to drive to the convenience shop every day to get dinner as the only dinner buffet cost about S$40 per person.

Was a great hotel many years ago from it’s scale. Unfortunately lack of maintenance, dinner/ breakfast option too less, low quality food. Onsen was great, offer range of different pool, but towels looks used for sometime, share between users, hygiene concern

Has a great hot spring and spa facilities aa well as many activities in the resort catered for families to enjoy. The dome huts may be old but are an adorable place to stay and a comfortable to rest in after spending a day at the resort. Only downside is the food, but it is ok for a place with not many nearby options outside of the resort.

A good place to rest and take things slow to enjoy the volcano hot spring. But when there are kids cant behave when in the hot spring, shouting, running around, swimming and jumping in and out of the Onsen pool. And many people entered the Onsen pool without showering. The experience becomes unbearable and unpleasant.
