This is my 5th visits. Great location Close to the main road, avoid traffic in Chaweng. Room is great, family with bunk bed is recommended even we travel as a couple. Kitchenette and washing machine in there. You’ve got more than you actually paid for.

Always like home”
I have been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years now, it had has 3 different names but only have improved their services... For the money is one of the best, you get really big rooms and breakfast is pretty good just mins from airport and only 10-15min to the Chewang beach!..great stay

We have been at Aspira Samui hotel for 1 week and i have surprised about this cheap price but everything was absolutely okay. First surprise is the staff has good english, kind and really helpfull! Second is the swimming pool, what has cool "cave" and a lot of comfortable area for relax and enjoy the water. Rooms clean and beds is not too hard, every day changed towels. The location is a little bit far from the sea but i liked this area is silent and can rent a cheap motorbike or transfer to beaches or around the island. Recommended!

Big room with Cheap price, friendly and helpful staffs. Definitely will stay again for my next visit. A tip for those want to stay here, will be good for u to rental a car or motorbike as the hotel is located quite far from the central of town.

Great Value”
Great value for what you get, I have stayed here 100 times already they changed name/ownership a few times in thapast couple years.. Only real complaint is the internet is not stable and when asked for a 2nd key card they wanted to charge me 200THB which is crazy to me as I get 2 keys to every hotel I ever stayed at when booking a room with more then 1 person!.... Other then that this place is great for the price, good location if you want to be close to everything but not in the middle of it all.

Best value for your money - comfiest bed in Thailand ”
Location is not the luckiest but if you rent a scooter it is perfect. Rooms are super clean and feels like new. Beds are one of the comfiest bed in Thailand. Slept like a baby. Very nice and clean pools. Keycard access, huge laptop safe, underground parking, clean and quiet air conditioner, huge fridge, hot shower. For me it was perfect value for the money. Away from the Chaweng Beach craziness. All the nice beaches are 15-20 minutes scooter ride. Big C, 7-11 food vendors close by. In the nutshell it is nice quiet and clean. There is no place like home!”
I have been staying here for 2-3 years now, I often travel to Samui for business and once I found this gem of a hotel years ago, I have never stayed anywhere else.. The price vs. value is by far the best!, the rooms are VERY spacious, clean, cozy beds, nice pool and a small rooftop gym... Is it perfect?, no but for the price, YES its perfect!... If you dont mind renting a bike or car its in prime location, only a 10min or less drive to the Chawang beach and only 5 min from the airport... This is my 2nd home!

My stay as always was another great experience, I was traveling with a team of people for work, we were kindly greeted upon arriving and ushered to our fancy rooms where they had nice and new furnisher, AC, a living room and a kitchenette. On our back step we had the pool where we could jump right in!, the staff were helpful when we had a question, the food has just been improving everytime we visit. I will be back very soon.

Even though got a reasonable rate for low season but staffs efficiency need to be addressed.Waited 1 hr in room for HK to send a bottle of drinking water.Informed FOM of balcony door cannot lock but nobody came to fix it,maybe they thought it was on 4th floor so nobody can climb up i presume? Staffs were friendly but need to improve on service.Should have a technical personal to stand by after 5pm incase of any emergency.

I stayed in Family Room. The room is huge and comfy. I like the layout of the room with bunk beds area. The hotel is a bit far from the beach but close to supermarket, but its not a problem for me as long as its quiet and good for relax. Btw, traveling in Samui, you need a car or a motorbike because the island is big and public transport is pricey. Although the toilet was a bit bad smell, I like this place and will be back here for sure

I booked a room with a 'mountain view' but unfortunately there is no such room available at this hotel as there is no mountain to view.... other then that it is definitely value for money and the staff where very friendly and helpful! Location is also great if you hire a scooter, 5/10 min either side of Chaweng or Bo Phut beach.

Staff, location, rooms
We originally hooked to staff in a superior room, unfortunately the requested room was unavailable so we were upgraded to a family room for our 3 night stay. The room was fantastic, a lounge area with L shaped leather couch , flat screen tv's in the lounge, master bedroom and kids bed rooms (equipped with bunk beds). The room was also equipped with a small kitchenette complete with two plate stove, sink and washing machine. The hotel also offer cooking pans and utensils which can be rented for a modest 300baht for 1-3 days. This was perfect as there is a local supermarket just down the road if you prefer to cook. Overall pleasant stay, helpful staff and decent location. Only negative points were the resistance machine in the gym was not assembled properly making it unusable , but made full use of the dumbbells and running machin.

all receptionist staff are not friendly and lazy, they must well train first how to service and handle customers before they are doing their jobs. We are also very disappointed when they give the room but the room itself was not ready and we have to wait some minutes to change to another room. the breakfast was very bad, less food and always same everyday. The taste of the food was so bad and it was not worth compare with what we pay. Everything is not worth, we say that this is the worst hotel that we ever met. Please think twice before choosing this hotel when you trip to Samui. we dont want to stay on this hotel even someone give us a free voucher. Avoid to stay this hell hotel !

We stayed in Citin Urbana for 1 night before our flight. The hotel was fantastic, the room was more like a small apartment rather than just room with a small kitchen included. The staff was great and food was delicious. Very close to the airport. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Citin Urbana. On arrival we was immediately greeted with a welcome drink and the staff were all very attentive. The rooms were absolutely spotless, and the cleaners did a great job daily, they even folded anything that we had left out. We was a little worried about the location but taxi's were a very reasonable price, and actually it wasn't too far from the places that we wanted to visit. The staff are all so friendly and went out of there way to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Far from Town, Bad Wi Fi, overrated and expensive breakfast”
The rooms are clean enough and the A/C works but that about all. The Wi Fi was practically none exsistent unless your were in the reception area. Breakfast was average and always late, officially starts at 7am but the bacon only arrived at 07:25 and all the food in the trays was always cold. Town is also a taxi ride about which will cost you THB300-400 each way. There is a shuttle but runs very irregularly. So I would suggest saving the minimum THB600 a day on transport and staying at City Dance hotel or Ark Bar. The pool looks great, but you will be the only one there. Don’t be fooled by the images. Won’t be returning.

Not only do they never respond to ur mails, they don’t even bother checking if you dint arrive at the hotel. Good size room with fridge and a couple of hobs to cook yourself. You can request pots and pans etc from reception. Breakfast was good, a mix of western and Thai dishes. Location isn't great if you don't rent a scooter or car as it is a bit far from Chaweng and Fishermans Village and the roads aren't well lit at night. Wifi only seemed to work in the reception/restaurant area and kept dropping out in our room despite them having 14 different wifi logins to connect to. The pool could be doing with having more sun loungers as there are only 6. Would highly recommend the Football Golf located inbetween Choeng Mon and Chaweng - great fun!

very good hotel , the staff is super nice.... the weakness point is the location, a bit far from the center . There is a shuttle but only two times per day.

The hotel is long from all activity and beach you have pay to much money to taxi to take you from beach. breakfast is very low quality I do not chose this hotel to visit Samuei
