Suitable for relaxation/work. Clean room with new equipment (the bed and pillow are very good). Delicious breakfast. The owner provides excellent service, very friendly and welcoming, like visiting a relative's house. However, if you go during the rainy season, you have to be careful with mosquitoes that come with the rain, which is understandable.

The owner and staff took great care of us like family. We felt really good about choosing to stay here for 2 nights. The room was spacious, clean, and well-separated. On the first day, we went out to explore and when we came back, the staff came in to clean up, refill our supplies, change the towels, and make the bed. The service was really impressive. In the morning, we had to rush to the airport, and the owner offered us coffee before we left. It was really heartwarming and impressive. If we have a chance to visit Chiang Rai again, we will definitely stay here again. 💕

This little hotel is modern, but out in the country. Excellent hospitality and very clean. I recommend renting a scooter and exploring the little roads that lead into the mountains nearby.

A small hotel located 600 meters away from Boonrod Farm. Quiet, clean, with good quality soft beds. The hotel owners, the grandfather and grandmother, provide excellent service like close friends. Recommended for those who want to stay outside the city near Singha Park, Rong Khun Temple, and Doi Chang.

This place is recommended for those who will travel to the south Chiang Rai. It is very close to Singha Park and the White Temple. Room is clean. Bed is so comfy. Owner and staffs are very nice and friendly. Only the hot/cold water works with the rain shower but not the normal one.

Quiet place about 15 km away from city centre, near Singha Park ( about 1 km away) . Owner very helpful. Very cold at night after 9pm , air con compressor will not run until you set the temperature to below 20 degree celcius because outside is 15 to 18 degree celcius ( december ). Toothbrush and shower gel, shampoo provided . Bed mattress very thick and comfortable.

We spent a single night here. The owners were very nice, but the rooms smelled of old cigarettes. The second room we looked at has less smell and it was late so we decided to stay there. Unfortunately, between the hard bed and noisy air conditioner, we didn't get much rest. It will take a lot to fix their problems.

Aspiraya brings an air of civility to the tourism hustle and bustle of Chiang Rai. Perhaps I would prefer that they located themselves 500meters more down the road after I did my early morning walk one chilly dawn in February, but soon as breakfast landed on my table, I forgot I did 5k in the morning mist. Easy jazz in the morning with the best coffee I ever had in the whole of Thailand sealed my morning. Toey, the Resident Manager (front desk, concierge, receptionist, handyman etc) even brought me to the best dinner place the night before when I couldn't get a cab, and picked us up after. Now, if they could only multiply him by 3, to handle all the guest requirements. Facilities are clean, toiletries are easily available and the towels and linens? Soft, clean and fluffy. I hope they keep up the service up.

Room was spacious, clean and well designed. Lovely and bright and with new furniture. The bed was very comfortable, we slept so well. Shower was very luxurious with walk in design and sale rate room for toilet. Great idea! Area is very peaceful but close to get to main road. The owner and family were very friendly. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside with the umbrella doe shade and relaxing jazz music. You can choose an American style breakfast or rice soup. I’d say the rice soup is the winner. There is also a buffet selection with a really food coffee machine, toast, yoghurt and juices. I would book here again if visiting Chiang Rai. It is best to come here with your own vehicle, chiang Rai is better to stay outside the city unlike Chiang Mai as many of the attractions are outside and it is fast to visit the centre for the evening markets.

I can definitely recommend staying here when visiting Chiang Rai! Very nice, comfortable, clean and new rooms with very modern fittings, bathroom is top, beds are very comfortable and the location is very convenient near the white temple and singha park. Also it's very quiet while being in easy reach of Chiang Rai city. The breakfast is also good, minibar in the room is free and the owner is very friendly and helpful! Score would be 10/10 and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chiang Rai!
