Extremely good but one...”
Absolutely great property with a great management. Breakfast very sumptuous and a wide spread... But customers need to be wary of a front desk guy named Henokh. He is very arrogant and stubborn. His body language reeks of negative energy. If customers happen to interact with him...then God save you. The management should reinstate him somewhere where his interactions with customers is nill. He definitely has no customer interaction skills.

Executive suite 1710 needs urgent refurbishment”
Stayed 4 nights in Executive Suite 1710. The ACs were noisy and could not cool down the rooms. The main bathroom toilet had to be flushed twice everytime as it did not hold enough water. The air extractor at main bathroom had the bearing toast and had to be turned off all the time. Called reception and they sent engineering up. Did not fix the ACs nor the toilet neither the extractor. Gave up on complaining. Great hotel but at least this room is in dire need of maintenance.
