Best city hotel in Manado”
It’s a city hotel, so no swimming pool. But it has gym and sauna. The room and bathroom is nice and clean, as in all Aston hotel. Staff are professional and helpful. The breakfast is not overloaded but all in good quality.

The best option available in Manado”
Aston Manado Hotel is quite a new hotel in Manado. I got it through Agoda. The rate for 2 nights deluxe room with breakfast included, deduct with Agoda points that I redeemed, It's cheap! I don't have any complains means the hotel is nice, clean, comfort enough, excellent staffs, average buffet, location is strategic, you can use public transportation to go around Manado. It's good in general. The minor point is only that this hotel doesn't have a swimming pool. For people who did a short stay and almost all day is outside, no time for doing things like swimming or sauna or exercising in the hotel, that would be no problem at all.

Nice food, great service but small rooms”
Aston Manado Hotel was one of my favorite Hotel to stay. I have been travel with my family, we booked 2 Superior rooms for 4 nights. The room were very clean, even though they are much smaller than the pictures of Superior room I've seen in Aston website. The Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. They are giving us accurate information of which restaurant open that day (most restaurant were still closed due to Idul Fitri holiday) and where to buy souvenir I like the breakfast menu very much (the taste is friendly to ours: not very hot yet is still spicy), and the staff serve us pleasantly. Keep the good work!

Nice, comfortable room and wonderful staff”
My stay at the Aston Manado hotel was very good. When I initially arrived at the hotel they did not have a non-smoking room available so showed me to the lounge and offered me free drinks until a room was available. Thankfully, it did not take very long to sort out. I have stayed in 4 hotels in Manado to date and this one was by far the best. It was very good value for money. The staff were incredibly attentive, the bed comfortable and the room quiet and clean. It does not have the best buffet breakfast with quite a small range on offer, but apart from that it is a great hotel. One of the best things is the free shuttle to the shops about 5 times a day and the incredibly friendly staff.

Centrally located & good breakfast ”
we enjoyed our 3 nights stay at the aston manado hotel. i always started early (6:30 am) due to my diving course schedule, fortunately breakfast was nicely prepared even that early. location was also good as it's less than 5 minutes drive to the marina. the only thing that 'annoyed' us was the hotel seems quite popular for holding conferences/workshops. we stayed on floor 5 where the ballroom is also located. sometimes it gets crowded in the elevator. even more annyoing was that for some odd reasons some guests/conference attendees didn't refrain from smoking in the ac-ed hotel.

lovely hotel with lovely service”
We stayed one night in Aston Manado and have a nice memorable experience. The hotel location is prime, good welcomming service from the reception as well as the belboy. We felt the breakfast was good and suit to our taste, complete with local menus 'bubur manado' dan 'gado gado'. At night we enjoyed the 'pisang goreng with sambal' at the cafe hearing good music from a good singer. There was no hot shower water during our stay, anyway we still have the refreshing cold water for the bath. The whole short experience was nice and we have recommended our friend to stay there for his next-day-after-tomorrow visit.

Nice place for short stopover at Manado”
Aston Manado Hotel is very nice place for short stopover at Manado. It is located in the center of the city. Rooms are big enough for a couples and clean. Desk staff is very helpfull and very friendly. Taxi to the airport cost around 10 USD and it takes about 20-40 minutes depending of the traffic.

Nice hotel with good location and nice service”
we arrive at manado late at night, and as requested someone from aston was already there to pick us up. the room was standard but clean. after 24 hours flight from germany we were exhausted, but they were quickly brought us to the room and help us with the baggages. the breakfast was nice, as we can try bubur manado, speciality from manado. there are other manado specialities as well, and the staff was really helpful explaining the way to the beach.

My stay was made memorable by the extreme hospitality and kindness of the staff, one of whom really performed up and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately I cannot recall his name. The facilities are nice, the room was nicely appointed with a clean and ample layout. Despite not having a room safe deposit box, one was quickly installed for my benefit. I had requested a non smoking room. However as has been my experience in cities further afield of Jakarta, the other hotel patrons primarily locals, smoke heavily leaving a pronounced sour smell in my supposed non smoking floor. I did not partake of the dinner facilities again, due to heavy smoking in the relatively small hotel restaurant. Luckily the breakfast area was smoke free. For the price it was excellent value in an interesting area close to shops and restaurants with a very attentive staff. Although it did have a gym, no pool which would be a nice complement considering the heat and humidity of Manado.

Nice Hotel in the city center”
This was my second time staying at the Aston Manado. The location is perfect as it is right in the city center and close to business area. The Manado Boulevard where the shopping malls located are within walking distance. The room itself is pretty comfortable with great amenities. As the rate for this hotel is quiet cheap, I believe we get the best value of our stay in Manado. Greatly recommended.

I was very pleasantly surprise with the service I received from Aston hotel staff. The only thing I wish to see is less smoking penetrated to the dinning area from the lounge area. Smoking smell definite gave an unpleasant to non-smokers and destroyed my appetite. Overall, I appreciate all the services I receive from Aston Manado Hotel. Superb service and the staff are excellent. A job well done. Keep up the good work.

When we checked in for 2 rooms, one of the rooms was not ready.The staffs were helpful.The rooms, beds, towels were clean.There is a Texas fried chicken to the right side of the hotel. There is a super market not far from the hotel.The breakfast and restaurant service were good. We enjoyed our stay there and will return if we visit Manado next time.
