Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Amenities were average. Breakfast could be nicer.”
My stay was on Thursday till Saturday. Requests made during booking was not attended to until arrival at hotel. Breakfast is halal and you have varieties to choose from but could be better. I've tried the fried rice but it seems the nearby eatery tastes better. Be careful of your cash when you take in the hotel massage services as I strongly believe I came out short $300,000rp after I had a washed down on the adjoining bathroom at the spa. I know this cause I counted what I brought before I went in. Didn't want to fuss about it as they are barely making ends meet there. But it would be wise to be aware that it could happen. The pool was under utilize so, you could get to use the swimming pool to yourself at time.

To be honest, it was not the best experience to stay in one of Aston Hotel in Palembang. They served breakfast in the main lobby, not expecting that.
